Being new to the area, I saw great reviews for Voci Spa online so I decided to check it out. At their recommendation I did two VPeels and purchased Obagi NuDerm for my acne issues which certainly wasn't cheap. I spent the $400+ and it did NOT work. They said it takes a good 3-6 months to see positive results as everyone's skin is different. If the product takes that long to work, how would someone know within the two week return policy time frame if they are satisfied? I used the Obagi NuDerm for 3-4 months with no results and Voci Spa did not stand behind it and offered no customer retention. I wouldn't recommend this spa :(
