We dealt with Matt Genovese and Antoine Parker and have never been more pleased to work with a car dealership. We just had our first child two weeks prior to our purchase of our '09 Murano and were in need of a bigger car. We had done our research and knew what we wanted, but were looking for the right price without sitting at a dealership for hours and hours. In the process of working with Antoine, we had a family emergency come up that delayed our transaction for a few days. Unlike many other dealerships, Antoine did not hound us with multiple calls each day which gave us the space we needed to take care of the emergency. We really appreciated the flexibility that was shown to us, going so far as to deliver our new car to our home! Thank you Antoine and Matt for making this transaction the easiest my husband and I have ever undertaken. We will be referring future business to you guys!

I have bought two cars from Town and Country Toyota and there is not a better place to do business. I was treated with immense respect and patience. The service department is top of the line having treated me like a King when service was due. Marshall Moore in the service department is a true gem of a person. I felt like he truly cared about me and wanted my business for life. Town and Country does not load up their sticker prices with addendum stickers that charge $1000 for a pinstripe and a hand wax job like Scott Clark's. They deal in a straighforward manner with no addendums that try to hide things from the buyer.

I can't say that the experience was absolutely wonderful, but it wasn't terrible. The downside was the wait, we were there for about 5 hours. Maybe that was because of all the people there, I don't know. But I did purchase a vehicle. This was the 4th dealership I had been to, so I was skeptical, but those guys did make it happen. Now I'm riding around in my brand new XL7! Highly recommended, but don't plan on spending less than 3 hours there!

I just graduated from UNC with a little money saved and a pretty good credit score. The staff at Steve Moore made buying my new Malibu fun and easy. They got all the paperwork with no hassle and comforted me in my new purchase as best as any dealership could. The general manager had a great personality about him and really appreciated the business. He was willing to discuss any discrepancies in depth along with the salesman involved in the transaction. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership to any and all interested in purchasing a vehicle, more-so then some of the other dealerships whom i have heard horror stories about. This company is very humble, down to earth and highly organized and I look forward to a long relationship with both the sales and service departments.

Two months ago, I purchased a 2007 Acura TL from Hendrick Acura. These guys were top notch and treated me like family. The atmosphere was amazing and courteous and the business was very clean. They were very helpful with my new purchase. Since purchase, I went back for an oil change. Bill Nance was extremely friendly and made it a very simple service.
I couldn't be happier. I will continue to buy my new and used cars from Hendrick Acura.

I came to Parks Chevrolet on North Tryon Street a little afraid of all car dealers. Being a single women, I expected to be take advantage of and I was so surprised. From the moment I entered the showroom, I was treated with the utmost respect. They asked about my needs, and truely seemed concerned I get the right car. I love my new Cobalt. It is perfect. The fuel economy is great, and the price fit my budget. I would tell all my friends and family to go there. I have an appointment for an oil change and I expect the same experience in service.
Pros: I felt comfortable the minute I walked in the door. The price was the best I found anywhere

I couldnt help but see the previous review. How unfortunate that statement was. I have dealt with Scott Jaguar and Ms. Ware for about two years now and found the service to be impeccable. Granted the building is very outdated and some of the staff seem somewhat "country", the sales people and Andrea in service are top notch. Ms. Ware is very knowledgeable and can explain even the most technical details in a way my wife can understand. We both appreciate that. It is really unfortunate that most of the men we dealt with there want to seem superior in their technical knowledge and just don't really care whether you understand or not (to be honest there are a couple of them that don't understand it themselves). I have been a mechanical engineer for 37 years, and I understand cars, my wife doesn't. There is nothing more off putting than condesention. Thank heaven for Ms. Ware. We love her. You know she even gave us her mobile number and we have used it to ask questions when we travel. I have full confidence in her, she has the technical skills to be able to look at your car herself and help you prioritize what needs to be done first. She's real nice to look at, too. That is what I call excellent service and as long as she's there, I'll be a customer.
