I talked to the scheduler and told her that all I wanted was a shampoo because I had dislocated and fractured my ankle on Tues, 24 May. I am on a list to get a haircut with my stylist next week. I confirmed the time and said all I wanted was someone who could shampoo my hair for me. I could do the rest. I thought that one of the stylist assistant's was going to shampoo me. When I arrived on crutches, the person came out to get me. She was very kind. Shampooed my hair, she then took me back to her chair. I should have said I did need any additional help and that I could finish the rest at home She put some gel on my hair, combed through it and lightly dried my hair. It was still damp when I left at my request. When I checked out, I was shocked that the charge was $ 35.00. I am going to need help shampooing my hair until I can stand in a shower. Do you have an option just for a shampoo for injured people like me? and if so, what is the charge? Deanna Tuley
