I get the "all natural" venue Veda has taken however there are times when it's not always the best option. I was getting regular manicures & pedicures there for years until I ask...

Jenny is Fabulous! 9/25/2011

I am alsways given the red carpet treatment from Jenny. I went in with a terrible sinus headache after work on Wednesday. I walked out of Veda with a great color and style - no headache. Jenny gave me the best scalp massage and I am not a "massage person". She is so sweet and has such a quiet way about her style. I came all the way from El Paso to have her take care of me. Angela is wonderful! 9/21/2011

I came in to get my hair done and my ingrown toenails were still hurting, even though I'd just got a pedicure (NOT at Aveda, of course). Luckily Angela was available after my hair appointment & after looking at my toes, told me they'd been dealt with incorrectly and what exactly was needed to correct them. I will now ONLY patronize Aveda Salon & Spas for ALL my beauty needs...waxing, hair, facials, massage, nails! There's just no point going elsewhere! more

I went to get my first ever brazilian, so I was very nervous. But as soon as I walked in, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was very relaxing! Christine was awesome, she walked me through it step by step and got through it quick like I asked. I am definitely coming back to this location! more

Erin Sandvik is just awesome at what she does. Her knowledge of hair, cut, and color are by far the best in your salon. She is personable, friendly, and respectful of her customer's time. I have recommended her to everyone I know and continue to have the utmost confidence in her for all my hair care needs. She deserves recognition for her dedicated hard work at Veda, Broadmoor. more

haircut and color/highlight 9/11/2011

This was my worst visit to Veda and I've been going here for several years. It was such an awful experience that I haven't decided if I will even go back to let them fix their mistake that I paid a pretty penny for so bad that even my 14 year old son noticed!!! Then I had to go out of state for the weekend...embarrassing! She didn't Tell me goodbye, she didn't tell me the products I would need to use with the new hair style. She had someone help her this time..the help checked the hair color, washed my hair for a short period of time...no relaxation that's for sure! Then I had one trying to straighten my hair and the other blow drying it. I am extremely unhappy! It was a miserable experience that cost a lot of money and probably lost a customer that comes for many services every month. Such a loyal customer that I drive 4 hours one way for your services...not anymore and I will be spreading the word to ALL of my friends that use your facility! more

First time customer, plan on coming back. 9/7/2011

After living here six years, I still had not found someone I was willing to return to in order to get my hair cut. I received a gift card to Veda, and chose the Broadmoor location. Mirage cut my hair - and I have found the place I want to go back to. From the competent and friendly front desk service (including the yummy orange water), to Mirage's abilities, service, and attitude, I was VERY satisfied. It only took the one visit to win my business, and even though Veda is out of what I would normally be willing to pay, I think I got far more value for every dollar spent. Therefore, it's worth it. more

Had a Brazilian wax done with Christine at the "helm" so to speak. She is excellent. This is my fourth time seeing her. She is personable and professional and I highly recommend her to anyone willing to take that leap into waxing land!!! :D more

Mirage does a wonderful job every time I come in. My mom and I had back to back appointments to get our hair cut and Mirage took the time to get both of our styles perfect and still got our appointments done in time. Very relaxing atmosphere more

It's my hair...and I want done my way! 9/2/2011

I am very particular about how my hair is cut. Not too short, but short enough. Not thinned to much, just enough. Not the most trendy style, but the style that I like. Karen is very attentive to my needs as a client. She takes the extra time to listen, and check during the hair cut to make certain that it is how I like it. Kudos to you Karen! more

Kayla is the BEST stylist at Broadmore Town Center!!!! 8/31/2011

I have been coming in to see Kayla for going on 2 years now and every time i come in i always have an amazing experience from the neck massage to the hand massage she makes sure my total experience is above and beyond! She is amazing and deserves recognition for her superior customer care! Plus my hair has never looked better! more
