If I had to do it over again, I would definitely shop around. I needed to get the job done quickly so I did not have the time. I have a Grand Cherokee Jeep and my temp guage was reading hot. Took the Jeep to Tuffy. I needed a new ""fan relay switch"". I also put in a new serpentine belt. Total part costs were about $155. Total bill was $492.08. Wow. I did get an estimate but I at the time I did not realize that labor cost were this steep. I dropped the Jeep off at about 8am and it was done at 10:30am. They charged me 2 and a half hours of labor at $94/hr. I asked desk manager about htis charge and he said that is a normal labor charge these days. In retrospect, I would go ahead and get a diagnosis of the problem and pay the $30-$50 fee. Then, I would check around not only for better labor prices but also better part prices. If enough people go elsewhere, maybe the costs will come down.\r
