AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Took my car in to check the alignment. They told me there was "nothing abnormal" with the alignment but suggested I get new struts, so I authorized them to put new struts on the front two tires and was given an estimated cost of $400. Three hours later when I went to pick my car up the cost had doubled to $800. Ouch. Adding injury to insult, the next day there was a loud "clunk" from my front left tire anytime I made a sharp turn, drove over a speed bump, or put the car in reverse. Since dealing with Tires Plus on Collegiate way I have talked to two people who both told me they always avoid that location because they are cheats and crooks, and they always have four more things wrong with their cars after they get them worked on there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
