I was charged $47 (and some odd cents) for a basic oil change. I normally pay $21 AT THE DEALER!!! I think that if they are going to charge these astronomical prices for this typ...

Always Satisfied 5/9/2014

Every time one of my cars needs servicing, I trust Sticklers. They have always done a great job with timing and cost. I also tremendously appreciate their honesty. On this latest visit, I needed one thing fixed for sure and the second item I told them I thought a front wheel bearing was bad. Most automotive servicing companies would have probably told me all front bearings needed replacing. Sticklers tested the vehicle, checked the bearings and told me they were ok and did not need to be replaced! more

Honest Great Service 5/1/2014

Took my truck in for power steering issue (had stiff spots on turns and and steering wheel wouldn't return to normal at end of turn). Problem turn out to be a bad U-joint in the steering linkage. The prics and labor was reasonable. When I showed up to pay, they had the old part layed out on the counter (without me asking) so that I could see what the issue really was. more

Honest service with choices 3/19/2014

I took my SUV in for a mis-firing cylinder. I wanted to know exactly why it was misfiring. They called me with the exact information and gave me several option of service, which I appreciated due to financial restraints. They even fixed a rear wiper N/C. I have used this company before and trust them. I would recommend them. more

Superb, as usual 2/28/2014

I am convinced that Stickler's wants satisfied customers. We ARE satisfied customers! Mike and Joe have saved us a bundle of money through the years; when another auto repair firm said we needed a full brake redo, Mike said we only needed pads. When our old car was dying, Mike told us straight out that we'd be better off buying another car, rather than taking our money fixing a dying car. When our cars need work that Mike knows is not his area of specialty, he says so, and recommends a couple of options for us to look into. I truly believe that Mike and Joe care for our cars as they care for their own, with an eye on safety, value and affordability. more

Honesty, fairness, always deep care for their customer base. 2/25/2014

My husband and I have been customers of Stickler's for years. We have recommended them to all of our friends and family. We have never been treated so fairly. Mike has a deep care for all of his customers. There have been times when my husband and I could not afford repairs with other life issues taking place. Mike will research more inexpensive ways to repair our car with used parts of suggest ways that we may be able to wait to repair something till we can afford to make the repair. He has saved us an unbelievable amount of money over the years by always doing extra legwork to check on warranties or by purchasing auto aftermarket parts for us. I could write a short book about Stickler's. Best mechanics we have ever had in our lives. We strongly recommend Stickler's. One of my favorite things about Mike is that he has never 'talked down to me' being a female and not being familiar with all of the issues with our vehicles. Mike talks at my level and yet teaches me things every time I come in so I will better understand how to care for my car and what the issues are. Stickler's is like family. Joe is the other mechanic and always goes out of his way as well and Alyssa at the front desk is so friendly and always goes out of her way to get us taken care of promptly and without any stress. They are amazing!!!!! more
