We have been coming here for almost two years and have been very pleased with the service and the knowledgeable staff. Everything is explained in language we can understand, and we have never been pressured to make an unnecessary repair. It is great to have a mechanic's shop that is run with integrity.
We recently bought a used car, and had it checked out at O'Gorman's before we made an offer. They found some things wrong with it, which we were able to have the dealer fix. O'Gorman's also gave us advice on negotiating with the dealer, the value of our trade-in, and the value of the car we were purchasing. All of this gave us confidence and helped us negotiate a fair price.
We won't take our car anywhere else!

I like Walmart. They have good prices and products. I find the store on south 27th to be clean. Sure sometimes this store is messy but that is when it is in transition of changing items around to renovate or for seasonal. Most of the workers seem to be friendly, helpful and courteous. Sometimes the cashiers are slow but I find this same trend in most stores. Go Walmart.
PROS: Great locations, good prices and have just about everything.
CONS: Need more sales. Put pecans in both baking and snack area, not just sales.

I bought a '95 Accord there new, and I've never taken my car anywhere else for service. They have treated me like I just bought the car yesterday every time I walk in the door. I've owned plenty of cars before, so I know sh*tty service when I receive it. Bruce (GM) and Alicia(Service) are top flight customer service pros. They get the job done correctly, quickly, and cost effectively. I've had things happen to my car ( heat shield partially detached) that they analyzed and corrected at no cost. My wife's Chrysler dealer charged her $110 to remove it. Thanks to them, I've got 178k on the car without as much as a rattle.

I recently purchased my new Ford Escape Hybrid from Ewald's Venus Ford in Cudahy, WI, just south of downtown Milwaukee, WI, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The sales staff was professional and polite and helped me get into the vehicle of my dreams! I'm very excited about the relationship I formed with the people at Ewald's Venus Ford, I'll definitely be coming back for a new Ford in 3 years! A true family-owned business that treats you like family :)

I bought a new Camry from Don Jacobs Toyota in Milwaukee and it was a fantastic experience. I usually hate buying cars but this time it was a pleasure. The salesperson was nice, not pushy and went out of his way to help me. The price was the lowest of the 4 dealers I visited and the Camry was perfect when I picked it up. I send everyone that asks to go there and they have all had the same experience so far. The bad review here sounds like their little girl bought a car and mom and dad were mad at her and took it out on the dealership. I didn't feel uncomfortable once and am looking forward to buying from Don Jacobs again in the future.

They run a fair and honest business....(one time I thought I needed new brakes, only to have John tell me that I just needed to have my brakes adjusted). They treated me very well when I took in my tire to be repaired. It was under warrenty and they gave me no hassels when they replaced the tire. They worked very fast and took good care of my van while it was being worked on. Work was done in a very professional manner and the employees were neat and polite.

The staff at this Retail Outlet consistently goes the extra mile. They are patient and accomodating. When they service your vehicle, they will explain ALL aspects of the work that they performed and anything that is discovered. Of course, in the tire game, you must shop around. But I have been able to negotiate on older series of tires to match my car.
