I am convinced that Stickler's wants satisfied customers. We ARE satisfied customers! Mike and Joe have saved us a bundle of money through the years; when another auto repair firm said we needed a full brake redo, Mike said we only needed pads. When our old car was dying, Mike told us straight out that we'd be better off buying another car, rather than taking our money fixing a dying car. When our cars need work that Mike knows is not his area of specialty, he says so, and recommends a couple of options for us to look into. I truly believe that Mike and Joe care for our cars as they care for their own, with an eye on safety, value and affordability.
