Starlight Ranch is no longer a 55+ Park. The owners have changed the status to ""Adult"" Park. We now have teenagers, loud music cars speeding through the park. And as of April 1st a BIG increase in Our rents! Have been here a year and a half and I am looking to sell. Not a lot for your money here with the water and sewage fees and now paying ""Property Taxes"" that the owner Equity Lifestyle has passed unto us!
