Skatetown

This place is horrible.... i was attacked for no reason, at all, by one of their employees while trying to return my skates because he thought i was giving him an attitude. even if i were giving him an attitude, he works at a skate rink, that is no reason to throw me to the ground and punch me 5-6 times in the face... and the manager didn't want to do anything about it. she laughed and kicked me out. never go here more

Skatetown USA is the worst skating rink I have ever been to. I went with a group of friends. We were having a great time. Apparently though we were not ""good"" at skating, falling too much, and hugging the wall too much. I had just fallen down, used to wall to get back up and one of the ""bouncers"" told me to come in off the rink. I went to climb over the wall so that I could prevent falling down again and he told me to take off my skates because I was done. They told us that we were on the wall too much, were a nuisance and that we all needed to leave. When we questioned the manager on this she became very disrespectful. Her ""bouncers"" punched two of my friends after forcing them into the parking lot and put one of them in a headlock. We asked for the $12 back that each of us had paid to skate and they flat out refused. I will NEVER frequent this establish again. If you read this, avoid Skatetown like the plague. more

This is a horrible place; please don't give them a dime of your hard earned money! A group of us went here to skate and they jumped on us non-stop about how a couple of the people in our group were hanging on the wall too much and falling too much. Ultimately, they told us to leave because we were getting in the way of other people, and when we asked for a refund they said no way. The owner and a couple of her bouncers almost instantaneously got in a couple of our faces about it, and when we argued back that we hadn't done anything wrong they put 2 of us in a headlock and basically assaulted us. The one guy literally threw me out the door and said he was going to beat the s*** out of me and then refused to step away from my car so I could get in it and leave. We were all completely flabbergasted at how any of it happened. There's nothing family friendly or friendly at all about this rat hole. I sincerely hope it goes out of business and financially destroys the owner. more

First of all, kudos to the young people who work at this establishment. You were all very nice and professional. It is a shame when the staff is has more customer service skills than the manager! If you reserve the rink for a party and they tell you 2 til' 5, evidently it really means 'til 4:30, even though you have parents coming to p/up kids @ 5. The manager was so rude, I was flabbergasted! She came to our area (that we had already cleaned up) and told us we needed to make our way out & that she already gave us an extra 20 minutes. The time was 4:45!!! The way she handled the situation was so uncalled for. To say she is rude is being nice. No customer service skills at all! Common since should tell you if you have a party scheduled from 2 -5, you can't start your next group right @ 5:00...DUH!! more
