Mathew lee gave us great service! It's exactly the ring I wanted. I was pretty specific in my requests and they custom made it with all the right shade of stones. The goldsmith is incredible. They are all very positive and friendly. Mathew spent a lot of time on multiple days with us to get what we wanted and he made sure it stayed in our price range which no where else did . It was a while ago when I purchased my wife's ring here, but they were so accommodating to help me build the perfect custom ring my wife wanted. Their service has been great over the years, and each time my wife brings her ring home from a cleaning it looks brand new, and they even replaced one of the smaller band diamonds that came loose and fell out a year ago. We couldn't be happier! more

If you want someone you can trust and rely on, ask for him. Buyer Beware (4 Reasons) a. Buying a ring is emotional for you... not them. They don't give a _ about you or your fiance. Their goal is to make money. b. Its all charms and smiles as you shop but once you sign anything they own you and will work you over. c. Representative Raised his voice at my fiance when she told him she didn't like the custom ring. Tried to Strong arm us. d. If you want to pay too much, have your fiance/wife cry herself to sleep cause the glob of wax they showed you looks like butt... sure shop away. you can get a better deal else where. Well we shopped 25 stores and 22 on line. Sierra west Jewelers offers the lowest prices and the best service and truly the most honest people we met in the business. They have a AGS certifed accredited GEM lab with five of the most wonderful laser grading machines with computers and fiber optics and THEY GIVE EVERY CLIENT A FINGER PRINT AND THEN THEY BURN A DVD OF THE chart of the diamonds marks so you'll know your diamond forever. they have a 401 diamond or gem education that last alittle over 40 mins and also the 15of the best private office so that you can think and be educated right. plus the make over 100 new custom designs ..Over 1500 ring styles and 10,000 loose diamonds to choose from. plus they told 3 1/2 hours with us twice to make the rings and find the perfect diamond. We found them to be totally honest and almost 80% of all the other place we went to did not know ,care, or they were dishonest, We think sierra west is the BEST,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
