Buyer Beware (4 Reasons) a. Buying a ring is emotional for you... not them. They don't give a _ about you or your fiance. Their goal is to make money. b. Its all charms and smiles as you shop but once you sign anything they own you and will work you over. c. Representative Raised his voice at my fiance when she told him she didn't like the custom ring. Tried to Strong arm us. d. If you want to pay too much, have your fiance/wife cry herself to sleep cause the glob of wax they showed you looks like butt... sure shop away. you can get a better deal else where. P.S. to this day, never an apology from them... more

Great selection, great service 3/23/2006

We got my engagement ring and both of our wedding rings here, and really couldn't be happier with them. They were extremely helpful when my husband wanted to design my engagement ring, and showed him how to get exactly what he wanted. When it was time for me to pick out my wedding band, they made sure I had the same guy helping me that had helped him, and he patiently guided me through and modeled all of my favorite rings for me until I found the right one.Then when we went together, the same guy helped us choose my wedding ring and was all cute and secretive about the engravings we put inside eachothers rings. The employees are really helpful and knowledgeable. Don't forget to sign up for their insurance policy, it's only $30 a year and covers loss and damage to your ring. It's really great for your peace of mind. more

Great service, prices, and selection! 8/17/2005

Sierra West Jewelers has a great selection of jewelry, especially wedding and engagement rings at very reasonable prices. The employees are very friendly and helpful. They will sit down with you and find out what your wants/needs are and what your price range is and will work with you to find something that will really make you happy. They do not make you feel bad, like a lot of other places do, if you cannot afford the biggest or most expensive items. They also have a jewelry repair service there that is excellent. I had a watch and my wedding ring worked on there and they did a wonderful job. more
