Every company has there moments they'd like to forget. Whether it's how an employee treated a customer or something with the product. Yet I've been going to Sierra-West Jewelers for quite sometime now and I've always been treated with the respect, time, and understanding I wanted and needed. Although I feel the biggest reason for my Excellent experiences is due to who I ask for. That is ""Matt Bowen,"" It's all about who you work with that determines your experience. If you want someone you can trust and rely on, ask for him. Just tell him that you read this review from one of his prominent customers, Flint, and I promise he will take great care for your wants/needs. I have loved everyone of my purchases and will continue to go to Sierra-West Jewelers when it comes to Jewelry! I highly recommend that you at least visit for yourself. And remember ask for ""Matt Bowen"" as I described earlier.
