Be careful! My car got broken into right in front of me. Was with my dog 40 yards away, it was 1:30pm on a sunday, daylight! They were in and out of the car in less than 30 seconds. Silver 4 door Altima. Found out from local authorities it has happened from a silver Chevy malibu also. There are no security cameras to help catch them. more

I love this park!!! Not only does Shadow Bay Park offer different awesome recreational activities, it is one of the few places left in the world that has the endangered scrub lupine plant! You can also see the last remaining natural stands of the native rosemary plant. It is a truly unique place that deserves more love and attention, and more stars! The scrub habitat at the park is very sensitive and has many more endangered plants and animal, so STAY ON THE PATH when walking on its white sands. more
