Good: They made my wedding cake. I kept the cake eventhough the wedding was canceled. The Chocolate Rasberry and Strawberry Cream layers were the best eventhough the Apricot Almond and Marble layers were divine too! They were even kind enough to deliver it to my house and refund a portion of what I paid. It will always be Servatti's for me!. Bad: THERE WAS NOTHING THAT I DID NOT LIKE!. Other: SERVATTI'S IS THE BEST!!!. more

I was very disappointed with the large pretzel sandwich that I ordered for a work luncheon. There wasn't a lot of meat and the lettuce was completely wilted and brown. For $40 I expected higher quality. more

I wrote yesterday regarding an order which was filled incorrectly. I was very unhappy with the response I received when I contacted the bakery. I have since spoke to higher management and they were WONDERFUL. They knew just how to handle the situation. I truly believe they will take the necessary steps to insure better communication in filling orders as well as overall customer service and concerns. I would like to thank those at Servattis who were willing to listen to my concerns and make things right. more

Servatti's cakes and petite fours, with raspberry filling, have a great taste IF you get what you order. I went to the Servatii's in Westren Hills (Cincinnati). I was going to order a cake with all white icing, to make it look more elegant, and a picture from my parents wedding, which was 50 years ago, on it. I was told they do a wonderful job with "gold" icing and "gold" dusting that is very elegant, so we went with that suggestion. I also ordered five dozen petite fours with raspberry filling. I have a copy of the receipt which has this exact order written on it. What I recieved was a cake with "yellow" icing and gold leaves which made the icing stand out more and then five dozen petite fours with only some containing the raspberry fililng. The most dissapointing part was the way it was handled. The first time I called they said it was too late to fix it and to call after the party. I called the next day and was told to call the following day when a manager would be in. When I called today they made it sound like it was no big deal. I was given excuses like they don't do the decorating there and then the new young employees didn't know. Simply, when you place a specific order, that is what you should receive and if the order can't be filled for some reason, they need to contact you. My hope was not to get my money back, but to have them acknowledge the mistake and improve the communication so that people receive what they order in the future. They told me that they can't do anything about it today and to call back tomorrow which would then be the FOURTH day I would try to call. I truly hope that they take more effort to fill your order correctly. more

Another great bakery with locations all over Cincinnati. Each one has a little seating area where you can have coffee or a quick lunch. Great breakfast items - donuts, danishes, strudels... and of course cakes to order or pre-made. Chocolate and glazed fruit cakes are my favorites. Also cheesecake and carrot cakes are worth trying - awesome for a party desert. more

Servatti's is a full bakery but my favorites are the cakes - chocolate with raspberry filling. They are a little pricey, in the range of $20... but the taste is absolutely out of this world! Get it for a party and your guests will really apreciate this deliscious desert. The bakery also caters at weddings, every Saturday morning there is a cake tasting going on for couple ready to tie the knot. It's free of charge and someone is there with a catalog to help make a selection. more

Bavarian Bagels (pretzel bagels) are a specialty of the house. If you make a trip to Servattis be sure to pick up a few. They look like a bagel shaped pretzel but the taste is anything but ordinary. Order a giant pretzel with the beer cheese to serve at your next party, it will be gone in no time at all. Their tortes are fresh and yummy (and even come in individual sizes). Pastries are made fresh daily. Custom cakes are a little on the expensive side, but good none the less. Some locations serve deli sandwiches and lunches. more
