We had really great experience with Third Federal when going through the mortgage process. Matt Hall out of the Tri-County location was able to process our paperwork very quickly. He explained the process very clearly and was helpful afterwards as well when we decided to re-finance and apply additional payments against the pricipal. This is the kind of service that you would expect from a reputable bank. In addition, the interest rates were very competitive and closing costs reasonable.

Coney island has the largest pool that I know of in the area. It is perfect for families - adults have a large deep area to swim in, and kids have their own shallower end to enjoy. There are also slides and rides outside of the waterpark area, vending stand and plenty of space to lounge around the pool. Usually on the weekends it gets very crowded - bring your own chair if you don't want to lay on the grass. Come early to get a nice spot.

Get it for a party and your guests will really apreciate this deliscious desert. The bakery also caters at weddings, every Saturday morning there is a cake tasting going on for couple ready to tie the knot. It's free of charge and someone is there with a catalog to help make a selection.

This place is very small but they have quite a list of offerings to chose from, chemical peels, various lazer treatments, tatoo removals, permanent make-up etc. Electrolysis which is what I signed up for was different from other places. It was almost painless and very quick... she covered a larger area in shorter amount of time. However, the re-growth was also a little more... I liked that they accepted credit cards and were very friendly and personable. Both the lady up-front and most of the staff new me by name only after a couple of sessions.

Mitchell's is one of those places that makes you expect certain things and when you get there, you are happy to find out they do offer a full list of services, have knowledgeable and experienced staff and don't waste your time, keeping appointments on schedule.
I have been going to the Tri-County location for a haircut close to 3 years now. Although my stylist charges what any salon would charge on average, she does a great job. In fact, I get it done over lunch and she only takes 1/2 hour to maintain all of my layers.
If I get there early and have to wait the staff serves pop, water or coffee and gets you a magazine to read.

My appointment with Karen seemed like an eternity in paradise, although after she was done I wished we had more time. The foot massage was long, intense and extremely energizing. And of course the wide variety of Aveda products using during the session made my feet tingle the entire time. The foot scrub was applied so well - my feet felt softer than ever!
Great service and great products! I am definitely going back again!

I feel sorry for for those who didn't appreciate the devotion to detail regarding the protagonist's short stay in Italy. I found the Italian flavoring most delicious and memorable, the writing beautifully descriptive. In some ways it may be better than being actually being there. One might say this is like "The Last Juror" meets "Under the Tuscan Sun." I often recommended this one, especially to anyone interested in the world travel (a little education along with your fiction doesn't hurt a bit). This is a terrific book!

This was a very easy read - I though the novel was witty and very entertaining. The author recounts 24 hours at a luxury hotel where he works in reception. His experience in the industry is quite extensive, so when talking about certain areas of the business he is able to compare and retell stories about other hotels and their visitors. Many stories include well-known celebrities, although the ones that don't are quite funny as well. You have a lady who by accident exposes her vibrator when checking in, and an elderly man who locks himself out in the middle of the night naked... With all of the details about how the hotel business works and makes money, I definitely learned a lot. Would recommend this book to anyone!

I enjoy food very much however as with most people who don't have fast metabolism, it inevitably affects my weight. I've tried numerous diets only to find out that they work for short period of time and can't be sustained for too long.
I picked this book up after reading a review in a fitness publication and I think this may be the best book about healthful eating I have read in quite some time. Everything the author says makes sense - portion control is key, denying yourself usually sends you overboard, cooking will make you appreciate food and there is nothing wrong with EATING as long as you know what to eat when and how. The author also has quite a few good recipes which I already tried out at home.
