Roto-Rooter tech Gary got here - same day - on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, broke up and cleared out the ice, shop-vac'ed the line and snaked it. It all works very well now. I was really impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. I will definitely go back in the future. more

Owning a home by myself for almost 30 years has been challenging, especially when unexpected repairs come up. With Roto-Rooter just a phone call or ""click"" away, however, I do not feel totally alone. I have used their services many times through the years, and most recently to unclog a stubborn bathtub drain. It was easy to make the appointment - I went on line to get their phone number and found that I was able to make the appointment right there on line for the day and time that best worked with my schedule. I received a follow-up e-mail and telephone call to let me know that my appointment was confirmed. They called a couple of hours before my scheduled time to let me know they could come early, which was great with me. There is nothing worse than sitting around all day waiting for a repairman. The repairman, Bob, introduced himself to me and was courteous and professional. He wore shoe covers to keep my floors clean. He looked at the plumbing problem I had and quoted me a price, which I agreed to. He focused on the problem and had it fixed promptly. He cleaned up and was done in a very timely manner. The bill was exactly what he had quoted...no surprises! I highly recommend Roto-Rooter for all your plumbing needs. I will use them again without hesitation! The sewer was backing up into my stationery tubs. I called Roto-Rooter and asked for an evening appointment, no problem we work 24/7, and no off-hours charge! The technician, Mike Marks arrived; on time, efficient and polite. Mike worked for four hours to clear my main sewer blockage caused by roots. He called reinforcements (RJ and Ray Sherry) all at no extra charge. Not only was the blockage rectified, but they used a camera the length of the pipe to show me blockages and futures problems to be aware of. Cleanup was amazing and a fair and honest price. We noticed that our main drain was plugged right after eating our thanksgiving dinner. The plumbers from West Seneca arrived within an hour of placing the call and had the drain unplugged within an hour. The men did neat work and we would highly recommend this service. more

Our sewer line backed up because of tree roots on a Saturday. Mike and RJ drove out here to Middleport and quickly had us flowing again in no time. Both gentlemen were professional, efficient, and polite. Not only did the snake out our sewer line, but they cleaned up the icky tree roots they pulled out. I live in Cheektowaga, NY and needed to call Roto-Rooter to have the basement floor drain snaked. I called on Monday and Tuesday morning Jim M came out and fixed the problem. Our toilet started backing up into our tub suddenly, it was gross!!! We attempted to un-clog it ourselves but it didn't work. Made an appointment online with Roto-Rooter and Frank came out. He had everything flowing great in a very, very short time. Thank You!!! more

First and foremost, we spoke to a REAL person on the phone!! Previous attempts to call a plumber resulted in an automated system answered by a woman who wanted all my information before she could even tell me if a plumber could come out immediately. \r The tech was prompt, courteous and kept cleaning up any mess he made.\r Additional work was necessary and he had the parts to finish what we needed and the charge for such immediate service was not excessive.\r Two thumbs up! more

We called Roto-Rooter in the morning to re-install a problem toilet. I tried doing the job myself and it didn't work because I tried using short bolts and did not have a flange spacer. After calling, we were told to expect them within two hours. Mike G. was here in 60-90 minutes. He is knowledgeable of his trade and professional throughout. He also noticed that the copper flange was not anchored to the sub-floor. This house was built in 1967! The toilet was reinstalled and shimmed properly on the newer, raised floor. It won't be moving around anymore! more

I am in south buffalo and roto-rooter west Seneca was here within 45 minutes of me calling. They did a great job of clearing my pipes that were clogged and even cleaned up afterwards.
