My whole family has had a fabulous experience with Arizona Advanced Dermatology. From hair removal to acne treament...to wrinkle vanishing :) it's all been caring and wonderful. The staff has been so kind in urgent circumstances as to get us in rapidly. I recommend them for any of your skin needs! wonderful experience 2/9/2010

My appointment with Dr. Bill Halmi was very professional while at the same time comfortable. The staff was very friendly and seemed to be enjoying their work at the office which is a nice change of pace from most doctors offices' i've encountered. The office setting was nice and the people happy to be help. Overall, i would rate this experience flawless and look forward to my next visit. Pros: professionals who care! Cons: none! more

Bring all of your skin problems here! 8/17/2009

Dr. Halmi is the doctor other doctor's send their patients to when they can't figure out a patient's condition. My family has gone to him for 14 years and have had very personal and qualified medical care! We recommend him highly! Pros: Excellent medical care! more

Best Results 12/2/2008

I have been to this office and saw Dr Machnau several times, and never found her to be unprofessional or unfriendly. She was referred to me by someone whose face is their livelihood. I have had sub-par results from 3 other offices. She is very knowledgeable with fillers. I was extremely pleased with the results. And most important of all....she didn't over do it, so you couldn't tell I had anything done. Pros: Optimal results, they did not try to oversell Cons: Waiting time was frustrating more

Rude, uncaring doctor 12/11/2007

I waited months to get in to see Dr. Machnau (it's Karin, by the way, not Karen). She spent about 5 minutes with me and had one foot out the door the entire appt. She obviously had more pressing things to attend to, like pharm reps and free lunches. She really made me feel as though I was the least important thing in her day. She did not address many of my questions and didn't examine me at all. I will never go back, and if you need to find a serious dermatologist I suggest you look elsewhere or I guarantee you will be disappointed.
