I purchased some Vibram Five Fingers online. It was a great deal, but there was a problem with the order. It turns out that ANY sale item is final, and if there is a problem there is absolutely no recourse. Don't take the chance on this place - with all of the retailers out there it's easy to find someone more reputable. Pros: null Cons: null more

Bad Customer Service 8/9/2010

They have a great choice of merchandise but their customer service is not that great.. When I needed help they made me feel like I was bothering them. I had an issue and spoke to Joe who is in charge when the general manage and owner are not there, which seems to be most of the time. I did not feel that Joe took my complaint seriously and he was more concerned with being wright than my satisfaction. They have lost a repeat customer. I will now shop at one of the other 5 outfitters in Knoxville. more
