Did a good over all job on the vehicle 7/16/2013

The truck looks good and runs good. My only complaint is that when they cleaned and polished the outside, they did a poor job in cleaning up the polishing compound. All the cracks and seams are filled with polishing compound. An extra 15 minutes of work would have made a huge difference. more

Outstanding service.! 5/31/2013

We left town while our car was being prepared so it would be ready when we returned. We received daily pictures and updates on the progress of the repairs and in fact pick the car up after closing hours. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and materials and mostly the service of Greg James and the team at Rick Warner body Shop. Thank you from Rob and Jan Perry! well the car took longer than expected but that was because of extra damages found... The grill they put in is not new even though it looks like they charged for one which i will be calling about. Some of the rubber on the front looks damaged but not sure if that was there before or not.. the only thing im really unhappy about is the grill and the fact that i didnt get a call stating my vehicle was done, Also it would have been nice to have someone go over the car and what they down upon pick-up RESPONSE FROM Rick Warner Body Shop: I looked up your file, we were paid to install a used grille. That was actually our only option because of the age of your car. Bring the car by and let us see if we can clean it up a little bit. more

Fantastic Customer Service 3/5/2013

My car was done when expected. I have had a small squeak since the wreck and I took it in this morning. No questions asked, they said they'll take care of it. Great place to take your car. There is somthing pertruding at the rear of my car that wasn't there before,I just noticed when we washed it and with the holidays and I went on a cruise I haven't had time to bring it back. 1/6/2013
