I recently bought a beautiful new VW from Strong VW. My salesman - Eric - was never pushy and made me feel comfortable. He was very knowledgable about all of the cars and answered all of my questions. I would definetly go back for any future car purchase!

I worked with Carla. she is over the internet dept at Mark Miller. She was great. I found a Murano that they had taken in on trade, and it was by far the best one available in the valley. (within my price range) it was even less expensive than those at the Nissan dealerships. it had everything. leather, heated seats, dvd, backup camera, steering wheel controls, sun roof.
She knew what I could afford, and worked with her manager to get payments where I wanted them. I had a trade, and unlike other dealers, (vw southtowne, ken garff nissan) she was very honest about what I could get for my trade. She didn't fudge the numbers to make it look like I was getting a better deal than I was. I still didn't get what I wanted, but for the price of the car, I couldn't complain. Overall I was extremely satisfied, and will go back to her for my next car..... I just hope they have another Nissan I want to buy.

Cons: didn't get what I wanted out of trade.... but at what dealer

I had purchased some tires from firestone (sugarhouse), and had a flat I pulled in there, and they were "too busy" and wanted to charge me to fix it. I drove over to discount tire, and they fixed me up, at no charge. Needless to say, I went back to discount tire since then.

Years ago I had a terrible experience at this store and vowed never to come back. Well, on getting a gift card, I came back. The customer service has improved so much there, it doesn't even seem like the same place. I have no problem shopping there. They even say hello when you come in, and thanks when you pay. What a concept!
I would say, though, to skip any interaction with the Geek Squad whatsoever. They, for the most part, have absolutely no idea what they're talking about and the service there is a joke. The only way to ever get something fixed is to straight to a manager. That mars an otherwise good review.

I took my Trailblazer in and had them take care of the front end . They did a great job it was making terrible noises every time I put on the brakes. They recomended that I replace the strut holders, struts and the bushings. When they finished with my car and I drove it, it felt like a new car. It had not drove that great since I bought the car in 2002. The Manager was very polite and very helpful in helping me understand what was going on with the front end of my car. The bathrooms where clean and over all I was very impressed with my experience that I had. I would recommend Master Muffler to any one that asked me. They seemed to care about me and didn't want to fix things that were not needing to be fixed. I like the location of the shop also. You can jump on trax and go shopping while your car is being fixed. Did you know that you can ride trax for free from 6th south into downtown?

they were great in handling everything with dealiing with state farm and enterprise car. bill and james stayed on top of the claim proceedure and kept in contact with me. they could give seminars on customer service and providing a quality product from their shop should be. would recommend them with the highest of marks!

We chose to have E Z Alarm to install our car alarm because they are very affordable and offer more product for the money than other car alarm businesses- and they are even cheaper! Granted, they are a small business and their place looks run-down. But their product is good and to this day we have never had any issues with our alarm. In fact, everyone likes the uniqueness of it because it has a blue LED light that flashes a certain number of times to alert you of any particular instances where someone bumped the car, touched it, tried to break in, etc. They even have a new product that alerts you immediately if someone sets off the alarm, but this requires you to be withing about a 2 mile radius.

We searched the SLC area (via the internet) to find the best price on a new Tahoe LT we planned on purchasing and wound up being won over by the charming and informative replys from Gus Paulos Chevrolets Internet Manager (Dave Aaron).
He didnt have the exact Tahoe we wanted on the lot but offered and was able to quickly find the one we wanted on another lot and offered us a super price on it as well.
We easily arranged everything through a couple of e-mails and phone calls and picked the truck up the next day, the entire transaction was accomplished without a glitch and without the bozo or exorbitant fees that you hear about all to often.
My husband and I have since recommended Gus Paulos to couple of family members and friends and they have reportedly received the same exceptional and professional treatment as we did.

These guys are excellent at what they do for you and your car. The gravy in the experience is the consideration, respect and care they deliver to you as a human being. Hard to come by in the car biz.
I purchased my Toyota Tacoma new from Spencer Williams back in 1999. The purchase process was smooth, no pressure and he truly wanted to put me in the car I wanted - the car I wanted was the car he wanted me in, not the more expensive one that probably would have made him more money. Not only that, but he's also a great guy - I still go in and visit him when I'm having that same Toyota serviced. I will, without a doubt, purchase my next Toyota from him. He rocks.
So after you buy a car, you need to have it serviced. Mark Miller Toyota's service department is as good as the sales experience I had. Obviously a different scope, but the respect, care and attentiveness still applies. Bruce Belliston (service mgr) and Brent Gingell (mechanic) provided service beyond any expectations. They are a great team and work so hard to get things right.
I recently brought my Toy in for the standard 90,000 mile service. I had some extra work done as issues were identified on inspection - just the normal wear and tear you'd expect from an older vehicle. One of those things was the brakes. Unfortunately, they didn't come out just right on the first go, but Bruce and Brent worked their butts off to make sure they were as smooth as butter and that I was happy with the outcome. They really went above and beyond the call of duty and I can't say enough good about these guys.
I will forever be buying and maintaining my Toy's with Mark Miller Toyota, and specifically Spencer, Bruce and Brent, as long as they're around. I recommend all my Toyota buying/owning friends to these guys and have heard nothing but good experiences from them too. You will be treated kindly and with respect. Please give them the same - they are so worth it.
