well the car took longer than expected but that was because of extra damages found... The grill they put in is not new even though it looks like they charged for one which i will be calling about. Some of the rubber on the front looks damaged but not sure if that was there before or not.. the only thing im really unhappy about is the grill and the fact that i didnt get a call stating my vehicle was done, Also it would have been nice to have someone go over the car and what they down upon pick-up
RESPONSE FROM Rick Warner Body Shop:
I looked up your file, we were paid to install a used grille. That was actually our only option because of the age of your car. Bring the car by and let us see if we can clean it up a little bit.
