No wonder they are the best 7/17/2010

We haven't been to Randy's in a while so thought we would go back. No wonder they are still tops in Durham! The slices are always gigantic, and I could barely finish my one slice. I had to take the other one home. The toppings are fresh, and the pepperoni and italian sausage just taste heavenly. We ordered a ""small"" salad and it would have fed four people. Be aware when you go to Randy's...you will get hooked! The owner told me that they have won best pizza in Durham by the Herald Sun yet again. I think it is four years in a row, now? Not surpised. Randy's is simply the best pizza, and the friendly helpful staff is an extra bonus...not like the other place nearby who has rude staff. I just LOVE Randy's!!! Great NY style pizza 12/12/2009

Being from NY, I always search out pizza in a new town. It was only after my favorite pizza place (I Love NY Pizza on Franklin St.) was sold to another owner and quality was thrown out the window that I tried Randies. Great thin crust, real cheese and a pretty good sauce along with the great owner(s) old and new(Randie and Elia) made me a fan for life! They even know my voice and what I want depending on which day it is I am calling. Living in Kansas City now but will be back in 6 days and will be bringing back my usual 4 XL pizzas when I leave. Took my wife out to dinner here and service was fast, it was clean, pizza was very good, portions are large, and prices are very low. more
