Excellent Service Techs! 2/11/2019

Jesse M. was my service technician and did a great job! The main water line to my home had burst and Jesse was able to get to me quickly the same day and take care of it completely. The price was steep, but Jesse showed me the pricing in his system to make sure it was transparent. He also showed me what he replaced, which looked like a do-it-yourself job gone wrong (previous owners). While it was on the expensive side compared to what an individual plumber might charge, the warranty of the work and customer service was far better than what you would get elsewhere in the marketplace. more

Field Service 2/5/2019

I do not wish sewer problems on anyone but if you have sewer issues Rick H and Steve B with Rainaldi Home Services are the go to guys for a fix. I had a broken sewer pipe and called Rainaldi for a quote. Greg came to the house, surveyed the problem, gave me a quote and sent Rick and Steve out a day later. The repair was quick, professional and on-time. The sidewalk was repaired the next day. It was a nasty, dirty job but the Rainaldi team delivered with a sense of humor! Thank you Rainaldi. more

Excellent service! 1/15/2019

While intended to install my own toilet but after 2 days and 3 attempts, still leaked on first flush so gave up and called a plumber. Very responsive next day and was very honest. Essentially, it was determined that I was doing everything correct and it was a defective toilet. Even if they did what I did, it would still leak internally in the tapway. What really gave it away was the inability to hold the 'normal' water level in the bowl. Returning this toilet to Home Depot as my best option in this case, but will definitely use them in the future. more

Sewer pipes changed 1/15/2019

Rick and his team were efficient, informative, and just plain nice to me. They did the job, and cleaned up the area nicely. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE NEEDING PLUMBING WORK. Everyone who I have talked to, came to give me a free estimate, and did the work are HIGHLY professional. I am a happy camper! more

Friendly but Pricey 1/5/2019

I had 5 quotes for and complete new A/C unit install and while Richard was nice, the quote was nearly twice what the others were. And while Rainaldi's office guest service was good - a couple of the other office's guest service were excellent. Shop around, you can definitely get a better deal! more

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER 1/1/2019

At age 67, I have had a lot of experiences with plumbers and other trade specialists. I can honestly say that this was the best experience I have ever had. Shari was extremely helpful and understanding of my plight. Eric was top-notch, both in his persistence in finding a solution to my problem and in the way he helped me handle insurance matters and other concerns. I have noted this company and will definitely use them (and nobody else) for as long as I own my home. I would recommend them without equivocation. more
