I hope one day to wake up from the nightmare of my experience with this business. After selecting a frame and matting for my wedding picture and 2 posters from the Van Gogh museum and being promised they would be ready the following week...SEVEN weeks later I finally received the finished product. This was after at least 6 visits to the shop only to find my pictures were either not ready as promised or their were serious problems. The first time I picked up my wedding photo the frame, the matting was a full 3/4 inches higher on one side compared to the other and the edge of the matting was frayed in several places. I was lied to, had phone calls unreturned, and been neglected by the management of this establishment. Despite a partial rebate of the already inflated charges, I feel manipulated and mistreated. I urge you never to set foot in this store. They are moving to Southpoint in April -- BEWARE!!!
