Peterson Nut-King Nut Co

Thought I would be the savvy shopper and use a number of my Coupon Book Buy 1 Get 1freebies to put together a wonderful wedding gift basket, get some Christmas gifts out of the way, and score some goodies for myself. Well, after delivering all of the gifts that I so cleverly bought, I went home to enjoy some of the bags of popcorn that I included in lots of gifts. Hmmm... isn't popcorn supposed to be crunchy? Uuugh... this popcorn was so old and stale it was as if someone had left it out in an overnight rainstorm and then bagged it after sprinkling on the worst excuse for chocolate I had ever tasted (more like those gummy wax lips we played with as kids). Sheepishly, I never asked anyone if they enjoyed their gift! more

You can smell the nuts cooking a half a block away when you stop at Peterson Nut. This store front not only carries nuts it also carries all kinds of candy. They will put together cute baskets filled with all there items. You can find almost any nut you can imagine here, I like the fact that you can get either salted or unsalted. I would much rather buy my nuts here than at the grocery store because I know how fresh they are. Peterson Nut is located one block down from Jacobs Field so this is a great place to stop before a game. The prices are very reasonable and they have a great inventory. more

I went into this store because I had some good coupons from the local Entertainment book. I was so surprised to see such a huge selection of nuts and other snack-type foods in this store. It doesn't seem that big, but it has a large amount of products. There are every kind of nuts, salted and unsalted, as well as trail mixes and specialty items. The toffee-covered nuts are delicious! They also have a nice selection of hometown-proud Cleveland Indians and Browns items (depending on the season). For holidays, they offer pretty holiday packaging and tins. The nuts are very high quality, very fresh, and are just delicious. They're great to give as gifts or to have on hand for guests or parties. Their prices aren't bad, and with the coupons, they're really good! more
