Wow! That pretty much sums up Lisa. Full of energy and an amazing personality and attitude. Lisa is very knowledgeable about fitness and her routines will definitely get you in great shape. One look at her and you can tell that she knows fitness. I highly recommend Lisa if you are looking for personal trainer. more

I am a 60 year old, obese woman that has been working with Lisa for four years. It hasn't been easy for me to exercise due to my arthritis, yet Lisa tailor-made a program for me, focusing on the types of exercises I need to improve my mobility and strength. She has motivated me to work out and is patient with my limitations while encouraging me to stretch my abilities. She is very conscientious and comes to all appointments on time, calling or emailing in between to remind me of the appointments. I like the fact that she is not a clock-watcher and will make sure she gives me my hour's time if I am a little late. Lisa's sense of fun and humor make me look forward to seeing her. She has a sunny disposition and is very giving and kind. She's a terrific person as well as a trainer and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to better their health through exercise. more

Lisa G.'s Skinny Jeans Workout is the BEST! 7/18/2011

Lisa G's Skinny Jeans Workout DVD is absolutely amazing! I no longer have an excuse to not workout. Whether you have only 5 minutes or 45 minutes to workout Lisa has the workout for you. Before buying her DVD, I always came up with an excuse to not workout but I didn't not feel good. I had no energy, was sluggish, and felt very unhealthy. After just 1 week of using Lisa G's Skinny Jeans Workout, I felt great! My body is definitely toned, I have more energy, and am much more confident than I was before doing Lisa G's Skinny Jeans Workout. Thanks Lisa G! more

Best personal trainer i have ever had 5/27/2011

Lisa is an awesome trainer.\r she works me out very hard but at the same time she is very motivating and encouraging and knows how to help sculpt my body.\r my workout consists of circut training with weights and cardio and i have transformed my body over the last 6 months that I have worked out with her\r i have worked with a bunch of trainers over the last ten years but Lisa is the best and I would highly recommend her.\r more

If your ready to put in the effort then she'll give you tools to get it done. She has changed my body into a long lean work of art- and trust me it's hard to sound so cocky but for the sake of a review...I LOOK LIKE A HOT ASS BITCH. This woman is unaffected by 'Hollywood."" She's from the East Coast and she is going to tell you like it is- love you east coasters. She's easy to talk to, get across what you want and she's tailored my workout to my always changing wants/needs i.e. we always focus on full body toning but one week I might be going to Vegas and I need to tighten up those abs for all the swimsuit frolicking or maybe I want my ass to look round -not wide- like J-Lo's so we lunge to all of the machines as opposed to walking to them. Regardless of what specific body part I'm wanting to tighten up, I leave every workout trembling yet high on the Don Juan Goldenthal and her uninhibited positivity and good advice. I've worked out with her at Train in West Hollywood- I go in an hour early- on her orders- and do cardio before she meets me there, I've also met her at the beach, runyan canyon and my little dinky gym in the basement of my apartment building- not a lot of variety there machine wise but she manages to innovate with WHATEVER we've got- a random punching bag that wasn't even chained to the ceiling yeaa you wouldn't believe the tricks she managed to pull out of that hat. Soo if you get bored easily she is your go to lady. Don't be fooled by her tight little package, she trains people of all shapes and sizes, male, female, whatever. Oh the best part was being able to call my mom and dad back home and tell them to open up to page 38 of Life and Style so they could see who my trainer is. They had her ""Skinny Jean Workout"" dvd in the magazine. I meet with Lisa once a week, sometimes twice a week if I've got something coming up that I need to look particularly scorching for. On the day's I'm not with her I pop in her DVD or I do an hour of cardio or some sort of interval/circuit training. So like I said, she's going to get your ass in those skinny jeans and if you have questions about what you should be doing on your day off just ask her. She is a lovely human being with a real passion for changing the human body into a beautiful work of art. If your ready to look at yourself in the mirror and be like ""OMFG,"" then call Lisa. more

Loyal for 5+ Years! 4/24/2011

I starting training with Lisa after my first daughter was born. Not only was I feeling out of shape, but my confidence was at an all-time low. Luckily, workouts with Lisa weren't a boring chore...they were motivating sessions where I began to feel stronger and more athletic than I ever had in the past. (I had never considered myself the 'athlete' type, so this was pretty empowering.) And somehow, with Lisa's help, my body was better after my pregnancy than before. What more could a new mom want from a trainer? more
