Best

Plalace Station is one of the Station Casinos. They offer a non-smoking room and great food. Many locals hang out, play and eat there. They are located close to The Strip and I-15...

Worst

I can only really speak about the buffet.. I did not stay here or gamble here, but it looked pretty empty.. I did NOT like the crowd here... I am not sure if they are locals or to...

NICE! 2/16/2010

Good: The casino atmosphere was friendly and local, and our tower room was very clean and comfortable....it can't be beat for the price!. And, the proximity of this hotel to both downtown and the strip is ideal. The breakfast buffet is terrific as well.. Bad: Not much to complain about with this place. I guess the lunch and dinner buffets could be stepped up a notch, but not too bad.. Improvements: I like this place..... keep it going down the same path.. Other: I am looking forward to my next stay. :). more

Mediocre.. BLAH 5/29/2006

I can only really speak about the buffet.. I did not stay here or gamble here, but it looked pretty empty.. I did NOT like the crowd here... I am not sure if they are locals or tourists but my group got stared at by almost everyone in the restaurant.. I am white and my fiance is Mexican, and our friends were Filipino.. We were getting so many stares and people were whispering.. I found this unbelivable.. we never encounter this in Los Angeles.. that was a bit painful to deal with .. The buffet itself was mediocre -- not good, but not bad either.. Waitresses looked like they came out of a 50s truckers diner.. more

Bright lights, big city! 4/11/2006

The hotel was average, located at the end of the strip. There is a casino in the hotel that is huge and a bit intimidating. Parking was sparse -- they have a parking deck, but not enough spots for the hotel guests and casino guests. They do have a Starbucks in the hotel, which was nice. I do not think we will stay there again on future visits to Las Vegas. more

Palace Station Hotel & Casino 11/29/2005

great place We stayed in a tower room for six nights.. It was nice and quiet. I imagine a courtside room to be noisy, considering it is on the highway. The buffet was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The casino was never crowded. I expected this to be a run of the mill hotel, but it was much nicer than that. The buffet is kind of small so I recomend the one at The Orleans wich is not to far. They have a good large gaming area so you don't have to go else where looking for good options. more

Got stuck in a tiny room in a two story building in back 8/5/2005

I reserved a room at this hotel because it looked like a very nice-looking tall hotel near the strip. When we arrived, we were led to this tiny shed-like building in the back with the tiniest room imaginable. They said there were no other rooms available. So just remember not to judge a hotel by what it looks like on the outside... more
