To start, I have alot of experience with dealing with brokers, I have several rental properties and have been through the buying process countless times. I started this transaction with another Mortgage Broker, boy was that a mistake... I was told I was approved, no issues, and then all the way up until the day before I was suppost to sign I was informed the deal wasn't going to go thru. This is when I started doing research and came upon Go To Loan Guru. After checking out their website and speaking with the Michael Ivanov regarding my situation, I found them to be extremely helpful. The application process was much easier than the previous company I had been working with. Go To Loan Guru did exactly what was told to me and within the month I had closed on the property. I was completely satisfied with their service.

Doing Las Vegas on a budget? This hotel is a good choice. My family and I had an early check out and our flight didn't leave untill 1am. We selected this location last minute. This hotel is only 15 min from the airport, 5 min to the strip hotels (New York NY, Excalibur, MGM Grand, Luxor, and Mandalay Bay) and two blocks away from the Orleans Hotel/Casino. The suites are small but nice comfortable with full kitchens. If your staying for a week, you can purchase a kit for $59 at the front desk that includes everything you will need for a kitchen and you have to pay a little extra for linen service. There's plenty of parking and the ground are well maintained. There is a pool, jacuzzi and laundry room. I plan to go back to Vegas with some friends and I am going to suggest this hotel.

I moved from Colorado and was looking for an apartment. I checked various sites and found this community on apartmentfinder.com. Since I'm a single woman with a child I wanted something affordable and in a safe area. I met with Lu the manager and I was amazed with the community. I was apprehensive about the area, but they are a diamond in the rough! Brand new, gated, with a playground for my son and ALL utilities are included! Yes, INCLUDED! Not to mention the first months rent is FREE!
This is perfect for working singles and families. I've referred several casino coworkers of mine to the property. The staff is professional and friendly and you have to see it to believe it!

Cyndy Gonzalez of Realty Success Systems saved the day for us, or should I say 'Our House'. She helped us out of a bind, and sold our home in less than three days. Some of the people who came to our home at her request during those three days were trying to negotiate by being rude about stuff. She just kept telling us not to worry, and maybe the best offers sometimes come from the biggest jerks. She never flinched when they acted like that. In the end, she was right. The two best offers were from the two rudest people. But, their money spends!!
