I got married 2 weeks ago and I had to have my ring made just a little bigger so I took it to Pardon's because they have always had a great reputation. They sized me a t a 7 1/4. When I went to pick the ring up it was a little big but I just thought it was me because I was excited to get it back. After a few days the ring started sliding down my finger and wrapping around my finger. I called and was told they would size it down and it wouldn't cost me anything because it was there mistake. When I got it there a lady proceeded to tell me it was my fault. I told her about my conversation and she said the owner would have to decide what to do. I told her it wasn't right that I would have to pay for what was there fault. She handed me my rings and said I could take them someplace else. I took them to Fountain City Jewelers and told him what happened. He sized the ring and it was a 7 1/2 not 7 1/4 like it was supposed to be. I will NEVER go to Pardon's for anything else. They were rude and did not stand behind there work. I learhned my lesson the hard way.

Cons: do not stand behind there work, and will not fix there mistakes
