I have been going to this garage for over three years. Multiple times they have done diagnostic work with no charge. They have replaced alternators, starters, and suspension parts on a host of my vehicles at a fair price and I have not experienced any problems with the work. I highly recommend. more

I had been going to this shop since the mid 90's when it was owned and operated by different people. Always had great service and a great value for the service. So when I was low on employment and thus low on cash, I took my 2001 VW there for service in sept 08 to jan. 09 trying to save money because their quotes were a lot cheaper than the dealerships service. i took my car in for various services- the simple oil changes to the major water pump and timing belt service. nearly 2 years removed from all services I have found that everything they supposedly fixed had to be serviced again. -they replace a undercarriage tray *the trays hardware fell off and needed to be reattached -they did a tune up *they used the wrong spark plugs and other bad products -they replaced water pump and timing belt *pump leaked and had to be redone - they replaced various hoses on the enginge *hoses were attached with incorrect clamps causing engine not to run properly I guess what I'm saying is, in an effort to save money- I ended up spending nearly double the amount i thought i was going to save. save your time and money. do not go here more

The owner and their mechanics are friendly. Give you straight, honest opinions and do good work. If you have auto problems they're always able to at least take a look for you. \r \r They offer appointments which is a great time saver. Offer a free oil change every so number of services. \r \r Never had any problems with them other than having to wait for a part to be ordered, but that's normal. I had them fix a broken sway bar connector rod on my car. This is a pretty simple fix. When I went to pick up the car the guy backed it out and said based on the noise he heard when he backed it out that maybe I should have them look at the struts. The noise kept happening over the next week and I decided to take the car to a different shop to have the problem evaluated. The other shop informed me that the shop that had installed my connector rods had not bothered to tighten up the bolts and rods on my suspension. The other shop didn't charge me a penny for tightening things up. Needless to say I won't go back to this shop. It may have been an honest mistake but I have to wonder. Pros: was able to work on car quickly Cons: concern over being honest more
