If you are short on time to cook, Month of Meals offer prepared meals that you buy, take home, defrost/finish cooking, and eat! There are many services out there that offer the same product. Month of Meals is not the cheapest option out there, but their food is some of the best I've tasted for this kind of company. They also try to offer low-fat options.
