I used to be a regular guest at the metroplolitan, but will never return. I along with several friends would frequent this restaurant several times a week. Recently, however we learned that the company had let go the best manager we had seen in years. This restaurant has changed general managers more times than most people change socks. They finally had one that knew what was important, knowing your clientele, and they let him go. Chris fazio was his name, and he was the meaning of the term hospitality. Chris would make it a point to greet every regular and knew them all by name. If you were not a regular, by the time you left he would have introduced himself and invited you back. This is what is lacking in most restaurants these days. It is called the ""hospitality industry"" for a reason. Chris trated the Metropolitan as if he owned the place, and truly treated all of his guests as people not just a number. On the other hand the older female manager they have has been there for several years and has yet to introduce herself and I have been coming in several time a week for years. Well all that has ended now. Good luck Chris, wherever you end up will be extremely lucky to have you. Maybe you should open a place of you own.
Cons: current management treats you like a number, female manager rude
