To Paul W., in case you didn't realize it, they have an african american person working at thier shop, so no they don't judge people based on race. And I have been going there for years, I have bought cars from Dennis before and he is the most honest reliable mechanic/car salesman I have ever met. Whenever I am looking for a new car I have always called them to see what they have for sale or to look at a car I'm thinking of buying. They are the best of the best! more

Excellent customer service. I have been coming here for years and I wouldn't trust my car anywhere else. All the techs are very friendly and curteous. I love how Dennis will always take the time to chat with me for a few minutes any time I am in. They get my car fixed on time and below thier estimate every time. ABSOLUTLEY THE WORST. I purchased a vehicle from Dennis. The vehicle had an issue which I was willing to pay to have fixed above and beyond the negotiated price. Dennis suggested that he could fix this problem and would. Charged me $800 for the ""parts"" as he would eat the labor. The problem was a ""death rattle"" in an SUV, meaning at approx 55 mph the truck would shake uncontrollably. Seeing this as an obvious danger, I saw no problem in paying to have it fixed. Once I got the truck back, it was not only still shaking, BUT WORSE. I called Dennis for about two weeks with no return call. Once he was contacted by my lawyer he was advised to take it to another mechanic who specializes in the brand of vehicle I purchased. What Dennis didn't know is that I had been in contact with the other mechanic the entire time. He figured because I was black and new to town that he could get over and asked the mechanic to LIE and say he's done repairs he'd NOT done in order to circumvent the process. Long story short, due to my wife's political affiliations we have access to certain resources that most do not but do NOT wear these things on our sleeve per se and Dennis tried to take advantage of us simply because he thought he could get away with it. Dennis is a liar and a con who has no problem taking advantage of people he deems less informed or incapable of doing anything about injustice. If you're looking for honesty and integrity, THIS IS NOT the establishment for you. If you want the runaround, lies, and price gouging, by all means stop on in............. more

MasterTech is the best all around. They have great customer service, and are prompt with repairs! My starter died over the weekend and they fixed my car before 1:00 on Monday after they reopened for the week. I wouldn't trust my little car to anyone else. The guys here are friendly and willing to talk about the problems a car may have and give honest answers. They don't overcharge or try to confuse you. Their excellent work and prompt/friendly service keeps me going back! I'd recommend them to anyone for repairs and regular service needs. more

AAA referred me to MasterTech and they were fun to talk to and friendly and didn't think I knew nothing about my car because I was a girl. It is nice to be treated seriously and their way of talking to you until they understand your problem is a great change in attitudes I have had from other shops. They fixed my car quickly , gave it a check over and told me what was needed on the next service that was due. They even told me a reminder card had already been filled out and ready to mail to me when the next service is due, I really liked being able to review a business while I am at the business and having a laptop on the front counter to post whatever I want about them was really cool. I am going to tell all my friends about them. AAA was real helpful in sending me to a shop that would take care of ME. more

Just picked up my husbands truck after having my car in last week , all of the guys are great to talk to and I feel comfortable and at ease when I am there not like I am being taken advantage of. What a great shop and fun family to talk to. This is our shop forever more

After being out of the country for a year I called Mastertech and asked if they could get my car towed in and change all of the fluids and charge up the battery and check it all over so it would be ready when I got home, They not only had the car picked up they serviced it and had it washed and cleaned when I got there to pick it up, It was sad to here what happened to Autumn their front office advisor and daughter and sister but Dennis and his sons took great care of me. My best wishes to Autumn in her recovery more

I just picked up my car this morning and another girl was using a computer on the front counter. They had placed a computer there so customers could log in and write a review and they really wanted to know what they did right or what they did wrong so different then a postcard at a business that would get thrown away after you gave a suggestion. Any way I was impressed by the helpful service and attention to making sure I was taken care of. This will be our families new shop now that my car is off of warranty , the dealer was so impersonal it was nice to have someone actually listen to you and really try to understand what i was worried about. They treated me like a real friend instead of someone that would not know anything. Great family that cares glad I was referred by my coworker. They just need a bigger waiting area for kids but they did have crayons and coloring books for them to take home more

It was nice to find a mechanic shop that does not talk down to women. I have run into so many shops that treat you like your an idiot. They are helpful and willing to take whatever time they needed to help me understand what was happening even taking me in the shop to see the damage. I was sent there by AAA and have never felt better about someone fixing my car , they are for sure my repair center forever. The guys at shop were doing double duty since their sister was injured so they helped me at the front counter and asked questions I could understand in order to get all of the info they needed , they were courteous and their dad gave me a ride to work. They called when it was checked over and explained it in terms i could understand and gave me different options. What a great family operation more

If you want to be charged for service such as dealership charges or more,go there!I dont know whats their problem,because Jerry Lambert is same.Avoid unless you have 5000 to spent for small repair!Customer Service is OK. more

Great experience , like the family run shop they were very pleasant and personable and honest in their estimate and the final price was actually less. Originally their estimate was higher then other shops but included all of the items needed for a repair not just the basics and then an upsell to me after my car was torn apart more

I take my car here for everything. It is so hard to find a reliable place that will stand behind their work. Didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. Work is done Timely and Correctly. Nothing but Quality and Personal service here. Staff is knowledgable and Autumn at the front desk is excellent to work with. Has my full reccomendation. Great repair center they were able to repair and electrical problem that other shops had not been able too.\r \r The shop is owned and run by the family and they all took the time to listen to my problem so that it could be corrected..\r They are now my only shop more

Autumn runs the front counter of the business and is the owners daughter and the owner Dennis and his 2 sons do all of the vehicle repairs -- I am glad AAA sent me to them , Autumn gave me individual attention and listened to every problem I had , I received a phone call from Dennis to explain a technical aspect of what the repair was going to install , The total was less then the quote and my car has not had any problem since then I was surprised when they offered to give me a ride to work , what a plus when I dropped my buick off for repair Pros: All family owned and operated --- Cons: not open saturdays more

I really appreciated the ride to work when dropping off my car. Autumn on the front counter was friendly and very helpful , If I asked a technical question that she did not know she didn't try to get out of it she just went and got her Dad to explain it to me in simple terms. Glad AAA sent me to this shop and they will be my shop for all of my cars. Great Service and within the estimate. After having my Cadillac at a few other shops MasterTech was recommended by one shop as being able to find the problem with my car. The owner worked for Cadillac years ago and knew my car inside and out , he was able to come to a fairly close diagnosis of what was wrong just by all of the descriptions I gave him. He would not commit to that being the problem without a few tests being run on the vehicle , he called me back a couple of hours later to tell me what the problem was actually and what the cost would be to repair it. I asked a couple of times if he was sure this was the problem since I had already taken it in other places and they just guessed , he offered to have me watch the data on their tool they plug in the car and run tests from and I agreed to come down and look since this problem had been so aggravating with the air conditioner . I watched him try and move the motors for the air conditioner with the tool and they would not move to the proper place on the dash and had me hold my hand on the motor while he did something to make it move and you could feel a clicking noise in the motor. He told me this is a broken gear inside that motor and is stopping the motor from moving a door to the position to get air out of the front vents instead of out of the defrost . I told him to replace the motor and picked the car up that night and it works great , the price was almost $10 less then the quote they gave me , They also looked over the car and gave me a list of recommends of what is needed at the miles I have on the vehicle according to the factory maintenance schedule. I took my car into MasterTech Automotive and told them to replace the motor mounts. When I had called for an appointment, they gave me a quote, which I thought was pretty reasonable. So I took my car in and they gave me a ride home, which was really nice. The folks were really nice and organized. Very cheerful and happy for that early in the morning!! Well, I got a call about 2 hours later telling me my motor mounts were fine and why did I want them replaced? I said another shop told me they needed to be replaced. They told me the motor mounts were fine and don't need to be replaced. They could've replaced them and taken my money and I never would've known. But they were honest, good people. I would definitely come back here again. more

MasterTech Automotive is THE place to take your car. They gave me a quote to repair my radiator and when I picked up my car, the bill was $100 LESS than the quote. The service advisor and mechanic were very professional and couldn't be any nicer! One thing is I hadn't heard anything about my car by early afternoon, so I had to call them. The service advisor sounded very harried and frazzled, but was still supernice and polite. They were SO busy, I imagine it's not prudent for her to constantly call customers all day and tell them no news yet! I would use MasterTech again! more
