Caring Dentist 6/17/2011

We are very pleased with the service we received from Dr. Miyatake and his staff. They are always friendly and caring. Dr. Miyatake does the cleaning himself instead of a hygienist. They are professional and honest, never tried to persuade us into unnecessary treatment. Highly recommended. more

Outstanding Dentist in Africa 6/7/2011

As missionaries in Africa, we would like to write about Dr. David Miyatake on our total satisfaction of his dental work for us personally here in USA. We also want to say what he did for the Ugandans when he came to our mission in Uganda for a couple weeks. He not only did dental work on many people who otherwise would not be able to go to a dentist, but, he also did training for one of our national dentists in special techniques in denistry. He then donated his portable unit that can be used for the many refugees in camps around where we live. We appreciated the the care & concern he shows he gives to each patient on both sides of the world. more

My Favorite Dentist! 6/1/2011

Years ago I was going to another dentist who always seemed to find I needed a filling when he cleaned my teeth. I couldn't believe it so after the third time I grabbed the phone book and looked in the yellow pages for someone else and found Dr Miyatake. I went to him for a cleaning and when he told me he was done I asked ""Do I have a cavity?"" He said ""No, I wish you did."" What???? An honest dentist!!!!\r He has now been my dentist for over 10 years and I hope he never retires! He has always been honest, friendly, and careful. In my experience he has always gotten it right the first time! more

Full disclosure up front. I am a dentist and know Dr Miyatake. He is an excellent dentist. He restored a gap between my teeth with light cured composite with great skill and technique. The color matches perfectly. No pain or discomfort with any of the procedures Dr Dave did for me. He has a very nice, friendly and convenient office. I highly recommend him and in fact value his honesty and integrity as much as his his dental skills. Dr Miyatake, you deserve two thumbs up and a smile!!! more
