I've eaten here a couple of times, and I thought the food was just really bad. The service is nice and quick. You order at the cashier and get your own sauces. At Sakura Express on Franklin St, you can get much better food for the same price. Or Kanki, if you want something fancier. Don't go here! It's like mall food-court but worse. more

my fave take-out joint! 9/24/2007

i know some people that don't like japan express, but i think it's because they're ordering all wrong. try the hibachi chicken and you won't be disappointed. i get take-out here whenever i'm in a rush and it's almost like comfort food to me now. Pros: cheap, yummy fast food more

Quality ingredients, good service, great prices. Hibachi chicken, shrimp, and scallops are all tasty. Don't forget their yummy sauces. more
