I went to go get my root canal. I went and was greeted by the friendly front desk. Quickly after my arrival i was treated and it was amazing. I felt absolutely no pain and the doctors were very nice. Since then I have chosen them to be my regular dental care providers and I am happy about my decision. I recommend this office for everyone. more

I found Dr Jain's office on Citysearch. I was looking for a new dentist as I was tired of my old dentist - long waiting, absense of quality dentistry and rude behavior at times.\r \r Seriously, this office is great. From the minute you walk in & you are welcomed, to the minute you leave. People are courteous, and doctors are knowledgeable and polite. I switched my family here last month and am very happy.\r \r I recommend this office to all.\r more

Very good dental office. Large office. Modern decor. Doctors are very knowledgeable and caring. So is the staff. I recently got my treatment done (along with my family). My patient portion was given a discount and balance was financed over one year with out any interest rate. I really liked it. \r \r I did have to wait initially in the reception area for 10 - 15 minutes but I was watching an interesting movie on the TV so I did not mind the wait. I am new to the area. I recently visited Story Dental. Compared to my previous dentist, this office is great! The staff is very courteous and the doctors are very knowledgeable. My doctor took time to explain me the reasons for my tooth ache and showed me the problem using the dental camera. The procedure (extraction) was also painless. Jesse_J - Just because a dental office refused to perform a service on you because you bargained your veneer job for a dime on a dollar - does not mean that the quality is bad. Dr. Jain did veneers on me and they are absolute perfect. In fact, the office guarantees it for 5 years. I have received 100s of compliments already. So I am very surprized by your comments. If you are complaining about your teeth and the pain thereof, you must contact them back - as Story Dental guarantees their work. \r \r Please do not malign someone's image just because your wallet would not allow an expensive cosmetic procedure at cheapo price. I guarantee that no dental office will be happy working on you. \r \r My family (including my sister's family) visits Story Dental for the last 5 years and we are very happy with the service and quality. To begin with the whole place is dirty,, imagine that. They rush you all the time, no one takes the time to expalin anything, Dr Jain is all talk, has no skills. Her veneers dont last long, she did terrible work on my teeth, now they hurt all the time. Pros: cheap, but you get what you pay for Cons: poor quality work more

I love the doctors and staff at Story Dental. Last month, I had to take my wife for an emergency extraction (swollen gums and lots of pain). The appointment was given a priority and she was seen immediately. The doctor who treated my wife and the staff checked her condition several times over the weekend and the following week. Couldn't be happier with our experience there. Since then, my whole family and my sisters family have switched dentists to story dental. I highly recommend this dental office. more

I couldn't disagree more with the other review posted on this site. Dr. Jain saw my 6-yr. old child, who has had limited exposure to dentists, and my daughter loved her. Dr. Jain took time to explain why it is important to brush AND floss, and my daughter flosses almost every night now without complaint. more

Both of my kids went story dental and they both have had such a horrifying experience. They were so rough my son had massive swelling on his neck from them forcing his mouth open. My daughter has a very big scar on her upper lip because the dentist again was very rough, cutting her delicate skin and now she has a big scar on her face. The facility looks like they're stuck in the 70's, their equiment doesn't seem to be with the times. Their staff is rude and the place smells of mold. I'm sorry but this is a horrible place to go for your dental needs. They should just close this place down. more
