The medical staff was fine, but after services - while trying to work out insurance and charges, the administrative staff did not answer the phone half the time and did not return phone calls. Eventually, I was referred to a manager - Carrie Powers - and given her phone number. I tried for 2 weeks to speak with her, but she never answered her phone and also never returned any of my calls even though I made sure to leave my number and times when I would be sure to be there to talk. Finally, I went to Intermountain Orthopaedics in person only to find that she had left early for the day. (It was about 1:30 when I stopped in.) I have to say it would be nice to have a job where you do not have to answer customers' questions and just leave after half a day's work!!!\r
I would advise NEVER to go to Intermountain Orthopaedics. If you have any administrative or billing questions, they do not answer the telephone, do not return phone calls, and just ignore you, basically. This is the absolute worst customer service I have EVER received in my life!!!\r
