James came out today to do a warranty repair on my Whirlpool washer and I found that he was very professional and courteous. His efficiency is amazing, he had the repair completed in only a few minutes and tested it before he left. I will definitely call him for other repairs and recommend him to others. more

Great, prompt service. My dryer was not heating, BIG PROBLEM for me. I made the appointment online thru Kitchenaid service. James showed up ontime, clean, friendly and my dryer was working within 30 minutes. He had the part with him so only one visit needed. I will keep his number and use him again when necessary. more

Great washer service james! 3/30/2012

James was on time for our thursday appt. he quickly determined what was wrong with our ge profile harmony washer. He ordered the part the same day, and said he would be back to install it either the next day (friday), or saturday. He ended up having time to fix it friday afterall. He was very reaonable, and knew exactly what the issue was. Very nice work. Very clean, and careful. We will be using james for all of our appliance repair! Michelle more

We have called James many times over the years for everything from refrigerators to washers to ovens and every time he has been a pleasure to work with, affordable and has fixed it right the first time. I recommend him to everyone I know. more

Great Service 1/3/2012

James came the same day I called within the time parameters he gave. He spotted the problem with my washer in 2 seconds and had it repaired within 5 minutes. He gave me the option of bypassing the defective lid switch to save the cost of the part, which I appreciated. He was super neat, careful, and efficient. The cost was well within the estimate parameter. I would definitely call James again. more

Integrity, Fair Prices, Respectful Service 9/21/2011

For about seven years whenever one of my appliances had problems, I called Integrity and depended upon James service. Last night a message was left and by noon the next day James was here, fixed the washer, and my fear of needing a new washer evaporated. In the seven years, once a call back may not have been prompt, but overall the hometown, personal service provided has brought me peace of mind. Usually I have tradespeople-phobia - rest assured you won't be working with a beaucratic, impersonal big company - rest assured you have someone honest, patient and respectful with a continuity of service in the local area who will likely still be here in the future. James Musick has helped me several times with both warranty work and on a fee basis. He always arrives on time and with a smile and polite greeting. His professionalism and can-do attitude puts me at ease immediately. He is careful about putting on booties before he walks on my very light carpeting. more

Integrity is the Right Name! 6/3/2011

I just had Integrity come out to look at my non-functioning dishwasher. James quickly determined the touch panel was faulty and offered to order the part for me. Not only did he get and install the part within two days, he managed to get Whirlpool to cover the cost of the part even though my dishwasher was technically out of warranty. Responsive, professional and very reasonably priced - if you have appliance issues, Integrity lives up to their name. more

Integrity Appliance Saves the Day 3/16/2011

Integrity Appliance saves the day. My freezer was full of halibut that my husband caught in Alaska when the refrigerator stopped working. I called Integrity Appliance and James M. came out the same day. James was patient, professional and knowledgeable when he explained the complicated issue. James was able to fix my refrigerator that same day. This saved the fish and everything else in the refrigerator. I would highly recommend Integrity Appliance and I will use them again the the future. more

Beware of this company 1/22/2011

Our problem started October 20, 2010 with James of Integrity Appliance Repair. We have a service contract on our freezer. They set up an appointment with James to come out and look at a leaky door gasket. I mentioned that I thought the door gasket leaked when James arrived and James said a freezer door gasket never leaks. His attitude changed immediately. Said he would call Amana to see what the problem was and call us back. He never did call back. It is now January 22, 2011. I placed 8 calls during the entervening months to our service contractor. They in turn called James to find out what was going on. more

Excellent Repair and Service 5/4/2010

I called the National Admiral 800 #, they set up the appointment. James Musick, the repairman arrived withing the designated time window. Further, he called approximately 1 hour before he arrived and gave a precise arrival time. The problem was quickly diagnosed and James had the gas coil kit repair parts with him to fix the problem with the gas dryer. The price was including the service and parts was a little over $100. A very cost effective repair. James was pleasant and easy to understand and with whom to work. If only this was the standard and performance of all, life would be much more pleasant Pros: On time, Efficient, Effective and Pleasant more

Great Honest Service 4/5/2010

Contrary to the first two reviews I found James fantastic at returning my calls and showing up on time. He was honest regarding what he could and could not do under our Frigidaire extended warranty. When Frigidaire agreed to send me the replacement part that James had already ordered he was willing to work with us on replacing the part with the one he ordered and coming back later to pick up the one that Frigidaire sent. Thanks James for taking care of us well! Pros: honest and very helpful more

Mission accomplished 2/26/2010

Next day appointment (between 8 & 12) set up by Home Depot for LG washer under extended warranty. Previous reviews made me anxious, and by 10:30 there was no serviceman or call. But then James called to say he'd be a few minutes late. He arrived before 12:30 and got right to work. He quickly and neatly disassembled the washer, found the problem, fixed it and put everything back together in less than an hour. Everything seems to be working fine now, less than 24 hours after the initial problem surfaced. No charge under the warranty. Pros: Very fast and neat work Cons: Wasn't sure if he was coming more

Never deal with this company. They never returned phone call. Promised to order parts for repair, but never did AFTER SIX WEEKS. Cannot get the matter resolved Pros: Nothing Cons: never return phone call, don't keep appointment more

Does not return calls 10/19/2007

The technician forgot our appointment, and then only did a quick evaluation of our appliance after I had called him. He told us that he would call us back the following day after he ordered a replacement part. He never called us back even after daily calls and many messages. After a week from our initial appointment, I had to call another company because Integrity Appliance Repair would not return my calls. I wish the company would live up to its name, but it seems to have no integrity at all. Cons: Does not return calls more
