Purchased a 2004 Audi A4 few weeks ago and decided not to leave a review until I receive my title and a set of floor mats that they promised to get for me. They are very honest people and they know about cars a lot. Got my title paper work within a week and so the floor mats. Best Buying Experience - From the no-pressure test drives to negotiating a very good deal, the experience was top notch. This is my second purchase from Indys Unlimited Motors in two years. I have worked with Angi both times. Adell (Angi's husband- The business is family owned and operated) knows more about BMWs than anybody I have ever met. I'm a bit of a gear-head. Adell deep knowledge of BMWs was a big factor in my choice of BMW the second time.I would recommend them to all my friends and family. I love my 2007 new x5 :) more

Purchased a 2008 BMW 335xi , I LOVE it. Angie was very polite and professional.There was couple things I didn't like on the car ,they took care of it and I picked the car the next day . I got great rate on financing .The best experience at a dealership. more

Wrecked my car ( not my fault) so it is time to go car shopping, anyways started looking on the web and found this place that had all the cars I was interested in and the prices were great, got there and went inside was presented with a price list and was told whatever you want to drive or any questions just let us know (big difference than the dealer I just came from) I felt very comfortable to look around and take my time to make the right choice which I did. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER ONLINE!!! I bought a BMW from them. I talked to the owner, Angie, before buying the car. She told me no lights on the dash were on. I get the car off the truck once shipped guess what? The battery is dead, the car is out of gas, the abs light is on, the check engine light is on, the hand brake light is on, the wheel sensor light is on, the car only has one key, no owners manual and a trim peice was busted. Not only that but we agreed to split shipping but when the driver got here he said none of the shipping had been paid. STAY AWAY!!!!!\r more

\r Went on Saturday and looked around for awhile , a lady came out and gave me a price list and offered me keys to any of the cars, I left went to another lot they make me leave cause kept bugging me to buy a car, so I went back yesterday and 1 car I like got sold so I found another Merecedes drove it asked best price and bought it, good price $13000 for a 2006 Mercedes, I will tell my employees and friends to go there, no pressure good price more

As a business owner I am aware that you can not make everyone happy, most people by nature get what they want and then complain after the fact, for myself I found the car I wanted and got the price I had set out in my budget, I am happy with my purchase and was not pressured at all, I was provided a free carfax and took the car to my mechanic whichs other dealers would not let me, I know that cars can break like everything else but being able to get my trusted mechanic put me at ease, I will refer others, friends and family and my clients who depend and trust my decisions, Thank you to Indys. I was interested in a truck that Indys Unlimited Motors had featured on there website, the description claimed it was a ""clean, non-smoker truck."" I looked at all the pictures that they had on the website, it looked awesome. I made several calls and emails with no response from the dealership. So I decided to drive 45 miles to see the truck, with every intention on buying it that very night if they still had it. Before I even pulled into the dealership I noticed that the beautiful truck that I had seen on the website had severe body damage on the passenger side of the bed, door, and quarter panel. For me this was definitely a deal breaker. Who wants to buy a wrecked truck? (Unless you own a body shop and enjoy paying grossly inflated prices for wrecked cars) After the fact I was contacted by the dealership and they said that it was only minor cosmetic damage and hardly noticeable. I went back to the website and noticed the picture of the passenger side of the truck was missing, which I did not notice when looking at them before. I feel that the ad for this truck was very misleading and a shady way of getting me to there dealership while putting 90 miles on my car. Thanks a lot Indys Unlimited Motors, can I have my gas money back? more

So far, my used car is what I expected. You run the same risk buying from a dealer - ALL SALES FINAL. There is no IN law allowing you to return a used vehicle from ANYONE, so their terms are the same as others. \r \r I can only speak from MY experience that my car was not ""junk"".\r \r They were very low pressure. They provided me CARFAX on my vehicle and let me drive the car more than once with no issues. \r \r Angi runs the place and is a no frills person - she will talk the facts with you and is straight forward. Maybe the others interpret this as arrogance or rudeness - I didn't at all. \r \r I saw a few cars with inspection stickers from VA when I was there, so this means they likely get most of their cars from auctions.\r \r Their pricing is a little high but Angi knows this and will work with you a bit. My price ended up being what Kelly Blue Book says it should be, but that was after I asked if she will sell it for that - she quickly looked to see what she bought it for then agreed. No arguing.\r \r My final thoughts are that you should consider their place while looking for a car. They gave me no indication of being ""shady"" - just remember that you're buying a used car with high mileage and the risk is yours not the seller's. more

Was searching for a car for the past couple weeks and was very discouraged until I found this dealer by accident, was driving back from a so called perfect car at the perfect price when I was at the light at spotted lots of high line cars so I drove over and looked, went inside and a nice lady let me have the keys to a couple of cars, I drove about 4 and them made my choice, I was not pressured at all, I was able to take the car to my mechanic and also show my wife for the final approval, after weeks of non sense it all finally made sense, I got a great car and a great price and was never pressured. By the way I ll go back when time for my mother in law a new car. more

A good small business owner would spend a little more time trying to win new business...These people however, seem destined to drive the lot into the ground by arguing and belittling the very people who would and should be a source of profit for them. I'll freely admit that I can be a difficult and sometimes impossible buyer but can't we all in these uncertain times.
