The people at Import Auto Repair are trustworthy auto mechanics. I found out about them when I was driving down the street one day, and I've now been a customer of theirs for twenty-five years! They're very knowledgeable and always get it fixed when something goes wrong. They've done everything from oil changes to rebuilding an engine. My cars are in top running conditions; it's nice to have a car I can depend on when I get out of town. more

More than a auto center 5/18/2011

About a month ago I was having issues with my car. I have a new generation Toyota Camry and had purchased a alternator from a "friend". Long story short, my car was making a lot of noise. Took it to a lot of places and finally decided to bring it to Import Repair Center. I was referred by a friend to try them out. I did so, they had told me that the problem was my alternator, I told them just to fix it and we would take care of it. As soon as my car was finished with a new alternator, and not wheel bearing as everyone else had told me it was, that was the issue. Thank you IRC, you guys are the best, will be bringing my car here from now on. more

I have been an Import Repair Center customer since I was 16 and got my first car (for nearly 8 years)! They have always provided honest feedback, thorough and excellent service, and have been extremely accommodating with maintenance scheduling. They are my go-to mechanics. Import Auto Repair is friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable. 5/2/2011

I have an older car so I get to visit Import Auto Repair a few times a year! Over the last five years, they've become like family to me. I feel completely at ease going to them with any car problems. I rely on Jim, Ted and the entire crew to help me to keep my 1992 Camry running and in top order. They are honest and do excellent work for me. They also encourage me to come back after a visit if something doesn't feel quite right or sounds a little strange. They are great, they give you a complete report and list any complaints I've had along with anything they've noticed on it. I think the service is top quality and I highly recommend them. i brought my car in from another shop with recemendations with work that they found out i didnt need and they let me do what i wanted to do with excellent quality and service. the repairs they did was done in a timely matter for a far price. more

Reliable, friendly, and honest. 2/16/2011

I have been going to Import Auto Repair for probably 15 years. I am permanently disabled, and when I take my car in to them they will drive me home. Then, when my car is ready they come and pick me up. Nobody else is going to do that for you. Now I know I am one of their favorites, but I don't think I am the only one they do that for. That is awesome. So far the quality of their work has been okay. I haven't had to go back for something they have not done correctly. Twice it seemed that they may have guessed at what was wrong and put a part in, but the car was still doing the same thing. I still had to pay for the part, but other than that, nothing has ever gone wrong. I am absolutely happy with them. They are reliable, friendly, and honest. more

Top-notch. It's all about customer service and quality. 12/9/2010

I first started using Import Auto Repair a long time ago, about 28 years ago, when I had a Toyota that we couldn't get to work. Nobody could fix it and, when we were driving down Fulton, we saw the sign for Import Auto Repair and went in. Frank listened to the car, told us what was wrong, and fixed it right there. We have been going to them ever since. I don't even buy a car without asking Import Auto if they'll service it. They pay attention to each and every customer. They are very friendly but they don't lose their focus on who they're talking to. They meet each customer's particular need. My children go there as well as friends of mine that I have referred to them. Import Auto is top-notch. It's all about customer service and quality. Don't be afraid to tell them everything you know about whatever issues you're having with your vehicle so they can provide you with the best service. Sue Holl more

They always do a good for me. 12/7/2010

I have used Import Auto Center for quite some time now, at least 10 years, for all of my cars. I enjoy them; they do a good job and try to do it cheap. The way most auto repair places do it is that they just pull a price out of a book, so anywhere you go it is almost all the same price. I have always enjoyed Import Auto Center's work. They do a good job for me. I have always trusted them. more
