great job - from Alana answering the phone and recommending Julie. Then having the appointment with Julie asking about hair style and exceeding expectations. The young woman who I checked out with was profesional. Great experience. lee ps loved my hairstyle more

They were able to squeeze me in with no appointment so that was very much appreciated! I did like the blow out and it was done in the time they estimated. My only gripe is that I was standing at the front desk for a long time without anyone attending me or offering water. more

I love the service! The girl that washed my hair this time was a bit rough (pulled my hair the whole time - ouch!) but the blow dry was great. It's always worthwhile and saves me the time and hassle. In a perfect world, I would prefer better products like Kerastase, but that's okay. Thanks! more

I have curly long hair. It's not easy to get a stylist that can handle it the way I like. Marina is consistently VERY good and attentive and professional. I leave feeling beautiful and like I have treated my self. I have recommended many people to this salon and everyone has been pleased with the results. more

the concept is great, however, salon should inform first time customers of procedures (ie wash hair night before if having curling iron styling for next day hairdos; "catalog" of styles so burden is not on client to describe verbally what the style is (so as to avoid misinterpretation). more

Hair style for grad 5/29/2011

I came in to get my hair done before graduation. I was referred by my hair stylist so it was my first time. The lAdy who did my hair did it a little bit how I wanted it but in the end it was too poofy on the top and I looked like barbie and had to fix the whole top when I got home. I also felt very rushed too. An hour into it the receptionist told the lady that was doing my hair that her next client was here and from then on it wAs very rushed... I didn't like that at all. The price was good though. I think next time I come, if I do I'll just get my hair straightened. more

Everyone was so accommodating! 5/17/2011

The stylists in this salon are so nice. Many of them agreed to come in on a Saturday morning up to and hour earlier than the regular opening time to accommodate us for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. They did a beautiful job on my hair and my daughter's hair. They also did a great job with both grandmothers. We were all thrilled with our hair styles for the big day! more

This is a great idea and they do it well. Who really wants to spend the time to make their hair perfect? Not me. This in and out blow dry bar has the experienced personnel to do it for you in a convenient location and for a reasonable price. Give it a try the next time you have a dinner engagement or just feel like looking pretty. more

Hard to say if it's worth the money 4/30/2011

I had been before and looked forward to getting my hair styled. This time did not feel special. The gal was nice and competent, but did a fairly quick job (other costumers were already seated before me and were still having their hair done long after I had paid and left). It was clear my stylist was going through the motions. Even when asked if she could create a bit more fullness since my function wasn't for another 5 hours, she responded by using some hair spray and saying it would last just fine. So by evening, it looked barely different than if I had done it myself. At $35 a pop, plus tip, it's way too expensive to have mediocre service. Don't think I will return. more
