bad service. i found the staff rude and uncaring more

I came in to have my swollen knees and to finally see what was wrong with my hips since the other 2 times I came for that they never gave me a x-ray. My one knee was swollen twice its size, and the other knee was hurting. I have always had problems with my knees but do NOT suffer with pain on a daily basis. I waited over a hour, then finally someone came into the room. She refused to treat me stating that they don't treat chronic pain, though the nurse just told me they gave injections for pain in between appointments with a doctor that does. Same nurse told me to go to a pain clinic...ah no thank you!!! In my opinion, I believe they thought I was there for pain pills, which I told the nurse at the beginning that I did NOT want. I was hoping for a anti flamatory meds. Which of course, I did not get. The "doctor" asked me 4 times if I wanted pain pills, and all 4 times I told her no. I left in tears, swollen and not treated. Ended up taking grandson to Children's ER the next morning - his allergic reaction was 5x's worse - found out that Hall's Dr. had given him the dosage for a 6-month old. My grandson is 9 years old and was having a 4th stage Poison Ivy reaction. The other prescription they gave him would not have helped him at all. The Aveeno-Oatmeal bath recommendation did not work either - Children's ER Dr. said that showers are the best for poison ivy as it washes it off & suggested a poison ivy soap - laying in the bathtub as we were told just spread the poison ivy oil over his entire body. I won't recommend, nor will I go to Hall's again. more

I was feeling sick that morning and went in, the staff were very friendly and understanding. found out I had strep and cough. I had to have a chest x-ray, the x-ray tech was awesome person took her time with me cuz i was not feeling to good at all. Thank you!! Dr. Hamm was a very nice and caring doctor! I would recommend this clinic to my family and friends more

The appearance of the clinic was immaculate. The staff were exceptionally nice and the doctor (Robert Wilson) had a great bedside manner. I had to go due to "female issues" and was feeling very timid and embarrassed. The nurse and doctor both were very considerate and respectful of my feelings. The only thing I have to say that might seem negative is that I had to wait an hour and a half to be seen. Over all it was worth the wait to be seen by such caring people. more

What can I say??? This place is amazing! The staff was terrific! I saw the physician's assistant today, Mr. Hamm (Dr. Hamm as far as I'm concerned:). He was awesome!! Both he and the staff make you feel so at ease. Wait time was minimal. The location of this place is perfect from where I live. I will definitely use Halls Walk in Medical Clinic again! I will be recommending it to everyone I know. more

EXCELLENT staff and EXCELLENT Dr.!!!\r Everyone there is so very nice. They have taken care of me many times...high blood pressure, colds, flu, etc. \r I highly recommend this walk in clinic. more

I have visited Halls Walk-In twice this year and found the staff extremely friendly, professional, and gracious. My waiting time was minimal. I would definetly recommend the clinic. more

I read the old review and was somewhat leary, but the clinic has been updated!!! No musty smell and no old carpet...it's laminate flooring now! The office seemed very clean throughout and I was very impressed with the doctor that we saw. I was diagnosed with strep and he checked my 3 year old daughter as well. He was wonderful with her...checked her duckie (her lovey!) for strep so she could see what he would do to her, checked her ears for "butterflies," etc... all of which put her at ease! I definitely recommend this clinic. more

This place is very fast. The facilities aren't very clean though. There is carpet in the patient rooms and it's very dated. The place smells musty. The staff is awesome, and so are the physicians. They always offer samples, before they write a prescription. PROS: convenient CONS: old carpet more
