Fugi Grill remains most fresh and skillfully prepared sushi in the Buffalo area. I am a regular, and I've come to know that shipments of fish are flown in 4 times a week! Fugi always has fish specials, often rare fish like blue fin tuna, kanpachi, live scallop, uni, and mouth watering toro. The appetizers are great too, light crispy tempura, yummy fried gyoza's with sauce to die for, and the shrimp shumai is stuffed with big pieces of shrimp. There is also a reasonable sake list, including both warm and chilled varieties. Even though the restaurant is often busy, I've never had a problem getting a table. \r
