Fuji Grill the best in WNY 5/3/2007

[Last visit: May 2007] The Sushi and Sashimi are always FRESH! If you are not sushi lover, they offer a variety of cooked food from the kitchen just as good. The environment is quiet and the service are friendly and helpful. The price is very reasonable for the freshness of food you get there. I would definitely visit them again and recommend this Japanese Restaurant to others. "It's ironic that after chef Tony Kang (owner of Wasabi) left Fuji Grill, the quality and appearance of the food has much improved. I hope this review helps." more

Fuji Grill 4/10/2006

This place prepares some great Japanese food and the prices here are reasonable. The service in the restaurant is very good. All their entrees are great but I prefer their sushi. The seafood they have is wonderful and the sushi chefs really know what they are doing. You can either dine in or take out. more

Very good 4/8/2006

The fugi grill is located off Maple Road in Williamsville/Amherst area. This place is never very busy but I’m not sure why that is the case – they really have some good food here. The dining room is very nice and the waiting staff is great. They have wonderful soup and the sushi is great. more

Fuji Grill 4/2/2006

This place has some of the best sushi in the area. They always have coupons so I like to advantage of the frequent discounts. The interior is very nice but I have never dined here. I’ve only gotten my orders to go. The menu is very large but I tend to stick with their sushi. It is so god it melts in your mouth more

Fuji Grill 3/28/2006

This place has some great sushi. It is located in Williamsville in a small plaza. The food here is all-great but I prefer their sushi rolls. They have coupons all the time in local papers and mailings. These coupons are a great find for a place this good. You can dine in the quality dining room or all ahead and take out your order more

Great Japanese dishes with original flair 8/17/2005

With a corny name like Fuji Grill, I was expecting the usual fair of non-authentic Japanese look-alikes that unfortunately fills the marketplace of Japanese restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised with the Fuji Grill. They serve fresh sashimi and all important sushi rice is done right. Their dishes are exceptional and with many original flair, it makes for very interesting experience for the taste buds. more
