Their pizza has a tangy tomato sauce that really adds great flavor to the pie. I thoroughly enjoyed the cheese. I had pepperoni on have the pizza and halve cheese. Neither side disappointed me in flavor. It was really delicious. more

Gyro had onions even though I asked for no onions. Asked for Tzaziki sauce on side, it came on it. And it was all cold. The greek salad was nothing special at all. more

The cheese pizza reminded me of the pizza from my childhood in the school cafeteria. Not excellent, but definitely not bad. more

Ordered from them before and the food and service were great. This time I waited and waited after they called to ask if they could replace an item. Had to called grubhub. They found out my food was sit sitting there because their driver had not shown up yet. I bet my food would have been really gross by then. Canceled order but won't give up on the restaurant because of the other experience with them. more

Let me tell you about Frank's Pizza on Indian School. I placed my order today 3/18/2012 online at 3:15 for pick up. When I arrived 40 minutes later I was informed that their system was down so they never got the order. Got my money but not my order. I figured ok, things happen, I reordered in person this time and requested they deliver, and was told I would have to wait another 40 minutes. 60 minutes later I called and was placed on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up, called back and was told the driver had the order. 20 minutes later (i live 5 min away), I go to Frank's pizza and demand my money back. I witnessed the delivery guy return and noted he was not carrying my order. Hmmm. So on top of really poor service I had been lied to as well. While I was waiting there (both times) i watched a really incompetent staff handling the food with bare hands, the place seems also to be in the midst of remodeling (no longer carrying the ice cream). Poor service. Lied to, incompetent staff, mishandling of the food. I'm calling Mamma Mia's from now on, a little longer wait but worth the wait without the aggravation. more

I've met the owner and he's very welcoming and nice. Their antipasto salad is delicious and veggie subs are great. Although the atmosphere may not be so great, the food and people make it worth your while. Pros: Great employees Cons: Atmosphere more

My family has been going to Franks for 20 years and they have been flawless. The pizza is always made the way you request it and the wings are better than any of the bigger pizza joints like dominos, pizza hut and papa johns. A highly recommended restaurant. more

The pizza has no flavor and is TINY!! The wings were disgusting. $25 for a pizza smaller then a Tony's frozen pizza (I would have enjoyed the frozen pizza more). I wish I had paid on my card so that I could dispute....This was advertised as food. more

I ordered wings only from Franks and was pleasently surprised. I had the order delivered and it came rather quickly as I live in an area that is hard to find. The wings were some of the best I've ever had!!! I'm not sure I'd try the pizza based on the previous review, but the wings are definitely on my speed dial! more

This used to be Frank's place. But recently I found out that Frank no longer owns the place and that the new owner simply chose to keep the name the same. Pros: Food is cheaper. Cons: Service is bad, customer treated like dirt, food is not very good/badly made. more
