Avoide like the plague.... 5/11/2011

For geographical convenience, the owner has cut and colored my hair for 3 years. Her work wasn't great but it was livable. Then I brought her a picture of a single length no layering bob about chin length. She gave me an extremely severe short crew cut and shaved the back before could stop her. In addition, she damaged my hair by overprocessing the hilights. She is competent but extremely judgmental. Her haircuts reflect her opinion of her customer rather than the customer's self image. If she has adversely judged you-watch out. more

Minorities should avoid!!! 3/8/2011

I was racially profiled from the moment my friend and I walked in the door. The woman who said she was the owner made several racial stereotypes about my friend and I and the services we requested. I would not suggest this place to anyone of any race!!!! more

Not recommended for facials 8/16/2008

Sorry to say that I can't recommend this place for facials. I've tried 3 types and 2 different aestheticians. Each time I came out feeling greasy and now I know why. They used baby oil (Equate brand) for the massage. I would never put that on my own face. I can't believe they do that in a spa. I'll never go back, that's for sure. Pros: good location Cons: high price for low quality service more

OK place?Needs better hours of operation 6/12/2008

It's an OK place, but do not expect an upscale spa experience. The place is poorly decorated and resembles a nail salon, not a spa. One receptionist was coarse and not very nice, but overall the staff is polite. The hours of operation is what bother me most: during the week they close at 6:00PM, they are closed on Saturday afternoon (?) and then they close again the entire day on Monday. Considering most people work until 5:30 and most do not work on the weekend, it would be nice if it was open later than 6:00Pm and on Saturday afternoon. Pros: good location Cons: bad decor, not a relaxing spa experience, bad hours operation more
