Fleurs Du Jour

I've been a loyal customer and fan of Fleurs Du Jour for three years. The service is great and I completely trust their ability to create outstanding designs. Their designs truly are incredible, and Edward has never disappointed me. Edward has the ability to channel the look that I describe, like if it's an English garden-inspired floral bouquet I'm after, he totally captures it. I send flowers all over the city, so I really have to have a shop I can depend on for good quality arrangements. Also, their flowers are always fresh and top quality. I mean, this is a high end florist, so it is a little more costly than the corner florist, but for high impact creations that will last more than a week, it's well worth it! Leslie Tamminen more

Fleurs Du Jour is one of my favorite places. I've been a customer for quite some time, and I'm very, very, very, very fussy with flowers. They're very important to me. I think a lot of things make their store very unique. It starts with the relationships they have with the farmers and growers. Fleurs Du Jour works with really good flowers, the best quality, and the best available on the market. If I have a yankering for a particular kind of flower, say, a fancy gardenia or something, they can get it. They make the effort. Beyond that, they are the design masters of this town for sure, if not a wider range. They are not just skilled, but highly creative. They have all the elements of design, and can select flowers that complete a good design, flowers with complimentary colors and textures, and finishing touches that other florists couldn't even think of. They have an excellent selection! Edward Tomlin is the star designer at Fleurs Du Jour, but that's not to say that you can't get an arrangement from any of them: you can. With Fleurs Du Jour, you can trust it will always be something memorable, something that will leave a strong impression, especially if I'm doing an event and I want something more eye popping, or to convey a certain message. They're really passionate about their work. I have to rave about them because they just do something extra, something unexpected and really satisfying. They just do the job. They have the vision and the skills. And they have my complete trust. They know how to do it. more

the first reviewer is a bit unfair since he/she can't really rate the flowers, just the service and there are any number of factors that go into a missing return phone call. If he/she had called more than once and had the same experience, then I would definitely want to know that--but for me, the service and fleurs du jour is why i keep coming back. the staff is very friendly, down to earth, no attitude at all, and they have been helpful every time i am at a loss for the type of flower arrangement i want to send. unfailingly, the flowers are always gorgeous, always unique and distinctive. you could pay much much more for flowers and still not get arrangements as beautiful as these. more

I called up this place to ask if they can provide flowers for an event. They took my number but never called back. I'm not sure how they are with their flowers, but as far as phone service, their not calling back was a red flag to me right away. more
