jay did a great job fixing my jeep and and i felt like I wasn't just another customer to him, heck we stood there for probably thirty minutes and just talked about how high I had lifted my jeep lol more

very clean shop 5/28/2013

I was surprised by how clean the shop was for being a transmission shop. All the mechanics were clean and you could tell they took pride in making sure their shop looked nice. If they spend that much time cleaning the shop I know that they have pride in the work they do as well! more

they had my car diagnosed in just a short time i needed a ball joint and they were able to repair it the same day so i didn thave to be without a car more

I'm not going to lie it was more than I wanted to spend but I love my car and they honestly weren't any more expensive than any other shop, I called a few other shops with the estimate edwards gave me and everyone else was the same price or higher so at least they are competitive lol! more

very fast 12/11/2012

I always thought that edwards only did transmission work but when my buddy told me that they do all sorts of work I decided to give them a call. I actually needed a wheelbearing and jay was more than happy to help me with it. They gave me a ride to work and had the wheel bearing replaced by lunch time so my friend could bring me over to pick up my vehicle. more

I really appreciated how friendly and professional Jay was. It turned out that I needed a service and even though I couldn't afford it at that time Jay gave me a discount card for future use so I will be going back and getting that done. It really made me happy that he was so friendly regardless if I decided to get my work done there or not, that's different than most places you go these days. more

I was a little upset that I had to call Jay to get a status update but I suppose he was busy with a couple other customers at the time. the work was good though and I do appreciate the work they did I just feel they should have kept in contact a little better. more

The guys did a fanstastic job on my car, they made sure that I was taken care of as far as ride was concered and they made sure to get my vehicle fixed in the time they promised. Not only that but they actually were able to save me a couple of dollars by going with an aftermarket part instead of the OEM one and they have the same warranty so why not right? All in all these guys did a superb job and I'll be going back if I ever need more repairs. more

the work these guys did was outstanding. I was very impressed with how often they made sure to include on me everything that was going on with my vehicle. To be honest I have NEVER had that kind of experience at a repair shop but it was a good thing! more
